My Mage is lvl 12 and just beat lvl 21. Got maybe 4 runes so far... 3 common 1 uncommon. Mage = super easy.

All heroes beat lvl30. PvP #10. Bought all the skins... What should be the next goal? I don't really like PvP since the advantage of leveling isn't that great... Feels like my efforts are wasted. =_=|||

Well, I noticed you kept your wooden walls, I'd upgrade them, especially with that many enemies coming at you. But other than that, I'm not really familiar with Mage's playstyle, so I can't be much help there, I'm afraid.
As for the percentage in regen, that would be broken with an HP build. He could spam spells all day and not die at all. As for your second point, i think you were asking to have the skills "scaling" with your stats, which is probably a neat idea.
