Universal Heroes and Castles - (by Foursaken Media)

    I agree with this idea big time. The castle is empty as hell. Let's see the miners, the blacksmith working, the actual guy you buy potions from, etc. Right now the game is kinda empty feeling.

    Really liking this game so far. I had a frame drop (to around 10fps or something) when I was at the castle door facing a horde of enemies on my iPod touch 4, and multiplayer crashes as soon I've been matched with someone, but apart from that there have been no technical problems.

    Right now I'm a bit stuck at level 10, guess I'll have to try a few different strategies. Been mostly buying two gold mines at the beginning, spamming archers and then pikemen so far.

    Feels like Bug Heroes on steroids. Only thing I don't particularly care for is the setting, or rather the enemy types. Prefer the over-the-top insect stuff :p Also agree with the castle needing more "life".

    Yeah, its a really neat idea actually, but we're already at the threshold for the amount of stuff we can jam in a battle as it is, and personally I think more units and enemies take priority :p

    However, it could be interesting to add those character in between stages, so you never leave the castle area. For example once you repel a horde, you go back to the castle and talk to the blacksmith to open up your pre-game menu, talk to another guy to get a tidbit of story, etc. Not saying this will happen, but it is a very cool idea!

    Ok, just played through it again to get a good build. With the "Big Swords", you've really got to use your Peons as a shield. So, try this build order...

    1. Fend off the enemies with just your hero until you get 2 gold mines up (should have +3 income).
    2. Build 3 squads of Peons. Do NOT engage the big swords until you can use your peons as a "shield". If a big sword is targeting your hero, put the peons in between you and him. If a Peon hits the big sword, it will redirect his aggro. So again, only attack the big swords if they are attacking one of your units, or your walls!
    3. After your 3 squads of Peons, just keep building Archers.

    And that should pretty much do it! Let me know if that helps.

    Still no luck with iCloud from iPhone 5 to my iPad 4 when other games work. ;(

    This game is incredible! I honestly was not extremely excited when I originally heard about it, but after trying it out I can honestly say this is one of the best gaming experiences I have had in a long time! Great job to the dev! Looking forward to PVP! Will there be additional classes in the future? Heck I would even be willing to pay .99 per new class! Excellent game.

    I noticed that there isn't a "whoosh" noise when I swing my sword. Any chance for that to be added?

    I know it's not a huge deal, but it'd be cool I guess. Something just seems missing when it's not there :p

    There is a whoosh noise :p Its just not that loud. Turn the music off and you'll hear it whiff when you swing into the air :p

    Hey developers, can you make it so there isn't someone telling you your castle is under attack every five seconds. I'm pretty sure we know it's under attack LOL at least have an option in the menus to turn this off. I could really do without it completely.
