Just started, loving this game. Would really appreciate any info on the different classes (human, dwarf, elf). How much do there skills actually differ from one another. Usually play as a mage. Thnx in advance.
Those arent the classes, as they are the 3 ingame races. Each race has 3 classes. Each class has 4 active and 16 passive skills. Each of these skills are broken down into 4 tiers (skill tree to some). For any race, you can mix, match and branch out the classes. Each race has a mage type, a main combat type and either a support or ranged type. Since you like mages, Humans can be Mages (elemental spells), Dwarves can be Runesmiths (similar to a spellblade, and has lots of buff/debuff effects) and Elves can be Druids (summon spells)
Well, i wont deny that it is pretty powerful, but i'll admit the reason why i love the Knight class more is that the Elves, regardless of class, can be dependent on the slow, and it does slow down progress despite being stronk.
Okay, so two questions: First, how hard is it to find a short bow for the grandmaster? Second, is the druid a good class? I don't hear much about him, but I thought I might give him a try if he is any good...
So I just unlocked the treeman and the requirements is to have a lvl 20 elf hero. Does it mean that the other races have their special troop as well ? Are these unit strong ? Also when do you unlock the ice Mage ? I'm at wave 20 and still haven't unlocked him ?
Other than winning battles (or buying) is there anyway to get more gems? All my battles are soon going to be above my ability to win and I can't upgrade anything without gems
This is still happening after restarting my iPad :/ I've noticed that one of the timers gives me quite a long time (8ish days), whereas the other gives me the normal 2ish. When I press the link to the long timer on the map it pans the camera to the bottom left where there isn't really anything significant. What should I do?
Go to the scryb, play old battles with new characters will give u more gems. May even give gems if u beat old rounds woth same character, i dont know. Good luck!
I think there's something wrong with the Orc Shaman's poison effect. If there are several shamans casting Poison, it causes significant frame slowdowns on my iPad 4, regardless of graphics. Sometimes less than 1 frames per second, even when I make the hero turn away from the battle and look at empty areas.
Is Knight + Pathfinder overpower ? It's just insane, I start with Elven archer to defend and then released 2 or 3 pathfinder and then Knights. I don't need to go outside my castle, just wait for the slaughter.
What's the best way to defend against the burrowing things on stage 8? Apparently I'm terrible at this game, as I can't beat this stage after a good 5-6 tries, even with the mercenary...
If you have them use eleven archers for magic damage. Ghouls have some defence so you should use magic units to kill them. Get some wood elf warriors!
I just had a defend and siege mission which put me at a major disadvantage. The castle had skeleton snipers and the walls were fully manned once the mission started. The castle was so close they there were shooting me and my castle from their walls and anything that came out was basically one shotted from a volley, including myself. In addition to this I couldn't even take cover behind a house/cottage as the projectiles went through it. This happened at Blire Village. No chance to generate command points and no chance to counter anything.
