Having trouble with plague mummies. Whenever i get within the radius of their poison thing i get slowed until i cant move at all and my max hp just drops until i die. Even when i move out the effect does not end. Is it supposed to be like this? Any advice?
Anyone knows how to deal with the cultists or whatever? What troops should I use for them? They whoop my butt cause I'm a mage. Also, what is the best layout for the towers in your opinion?Cannon,Ballista,Crystal tower,Cannon/Ballista?
Against cultists just use your non-magic damage dealers like the pikemen or the knights. The bestiary suggests Footmen and Archers, but i dont put resources into those early on. I've never mained a mage in H&C2 yet, so i imagine you may be going for Riflemen on the walls to mix up the damage you deal (your magic, their physical shots). Riflemen work fine too.
Still no answer, I will repost this: Hey, could someone tell me why the magic staffs look so ugly and unfitting for the otherwise beautiful game? Just look at the attached screenshot, and you will know what I mean. They also look nothing like the staffs that are shown on the little showcase picture when you equip weapons. This, coupled with the fact that there seem to be no robes, makes my mage seem a but un-magey, and lame, which is sad. Other than that, BEST MOBILE GAME EVER!
Mage is beast with his mana marker skill, silence skill that has a 25% chance to silence enemies for 15 seconds and overload that has a 25% chance to mark each enemy with regular attacks dealing much more damage but I feel like I'll have to reset skills at some point lol
That's exactly why we have the reforge function - find a cool looking staff, reforge it,??????,profit!
Why can't I get into a coop game without my partner dying at the start every time. Somebody please help!!!
How is this game compared to imposion? the graphics look very good, looks better than implosion, what is it using unreal or unity?
Much better. They are completely different, but I would pick this easily. Foursaken Media use their VERY OWN GAME ENGINE that they made THEMSELVES :0 If you thought Implosion was good then this will implode your brain (in a good way) haha
Actually... On black smithing... So it is random, but some "behind the scenes magic" aka algorithms that influence the randomness.... If you have spare crystals, aren't happy with your weapon, definitely spend them at the blacksmith. Spare, though, as upgrading units and Fell Crystal are paramount to late game success.
Ok so I bought this game the first second it went live and tried to know as little as possible from the beta testers. I finally got to play this game and I understand the hype!! This game is INSANE. wow this is unreal awesome!
I don't think i can play this game anymore, mostly because i'm getting in much bigger battles now and my device ( ipod 5th gen ) can't take it any longer. The lag got so bad that it looked more like i was looking at pictures then a game. Guess i won't be playing 'till i get a better device, and frankly i don't see that happening anytime soon. Oh well, still have lots of other games i have to play.
Not the same experience for me, but I always get the "out of sync" error a few min into the game, and the game turn into a single player endless battle. In HC1 you can play coop for hours, wish we could get that back. VS seem to have fewer issue. Played a few games with random players and no lagging or DC.
Hey guys, a couple quick questions- how do you unlock the knight? Shouldn't rarer equipment sell for more than 1 crystal? TYIA!
Really liking this. Haven't been able to put a lot of time in it yet. Just unlocked the dwarf and elf. Really like using a gun with the dwarf. Engineer will probably be my go to class just like in H&C 1.
Crafted an uncommon Bronze Repeater Rifle with the following stats: 7 DMG, +10AP, 0 Sta per Attack, 1000 Range This looks like it is not tied to any race and not counted as a bow? Does anyone know which is the best hero combo or skill to use this weapon? Thanks for your suggestion!
That's strange. I was crafting with an elf. I wasn't planning to unlock a dwarf anytime soon but if dwarf has many skills to augment the rifle I may do so. I wonder if it is me doing it the wrong way? Whenever I used a bow, I tried to hold on the fire button and thought it would do more damage. But as a result, I often went off-target. Is it necessary to press and hold the fire button to get more bow damage? Shooting from a rifle seems a lot simplier and more accurate as a result.
Only armor forging is tied to your current race. In general I recommend forging some runes first. A good rune can help lot if you are having difficulty with later waves, and it can be used by all your heroes. Some of the best legendary runes offer 15% discount on all units
