Once you'll get better you can farm crystals easily replaying waves with other 8 heroes and completing achievements.

 

Hardest ? no wonder I've been stuck here for sometime now and I thought I sux , haha .

 

Yes, which is why the 1st hero is the hardest to play, after that it gets easier and easier.

 

Hm that would make the grind more tolerable. I guess I'll sink a few more hours in and make a decision then.

Edit: Scratch that, a few more waves in and the mob spam is far too obnoxious for my tastes. Oh well, back to Grimrock.

I guess you mean level 30? Knight, pathfinder, fire mage, elven sniper, ice mage. Pathfinder is the key to killing any high health enemies. Also do whatever you can to slow down their march to your wall.

The horde is relentless. They don't stop. Wow I could play this game forever lol.

 

Love the game but i crafted a Epic King's Blade but it's was 0 stats on it it's a bug?

 

That happened to me during the beta (bought like 4 characters too. Spread out their skill points too much, didn't upgrade my castle or units enough. Didn't forge enough armor.)

I could have grinded out of it, but I decided to restart. So glad I did as now I'm focusing on one character in a specific tree and have tons of crystals.

 

Wait, Pocket Gamer gave this a 5 out of 10?! That's insane. IIRC they gave BH2 a 9 and this is even better than that.

I'm dumbfounded.

Yeah they do stack.

I beat that level using my grandmaster elf and pathfinders. Lots and lots of pathfinders. Every time I went into matrix mode I had to kill 5 or 10 siege trolls and it got pretty intense.

 

Hey, could someone tell me why the magic staffs look so ugly and unfitting for the otherwise beautiful game? Just look at the attached screenshot, and you will know what I mean. They also look nothing like the staffs that are shown on the little showcase picture when you equip weapons.
This, coupled with the fact that there seem to be no robes, makes my mage seem a but un-magey, and lame, which is sad.
Other than that, BEST MOBILE GAME EVER!

 

Thanks for the help! I tried your strategy but was missing the ice mages. Will try again not that I got them.

 

Yes, it was more I was thinking of the positive connotation of the review, ya know?
