Game Center Ya'll can add me, I'd like to game with moderately familar peeps haha... brothamannp11911
It's frustrating having mastered games like Dark Souls, Ninja Gaiden, and Monster Hunter, and so easily getting destroyed by the tutorial levels in this game. Clearly summoning the units the game tells me to, and attacking as one would normally expect to do is somehow catastrophically wrong in my hands.
Having a hard time using a marksman elf. Is melee just the way to go early game or am I missing something? Any tips on general gameplay would be most appreciated
Female Heroes Foursaken Media, I'm enjoying the game so far, great job guys. A question I have is, will there ever be an option for a female hero? Keep the classes and races, but just add a female option for each? Would you guys ever consider adding it in an update? Thanks.
Get a feel for how high you need to position your bow to get the required distance you need. Sometimes it'll get hard, night levels are particulary a pain in the ass but other than that it's not so bad. You'll need to rely on troops a little more since you can't just hack and slash the hordes to oblivion. Siege missions become easy cause you can just snipe their tower until it falls. You may or may not want the elf grandmaster skill that slows down time since it's good for heated situations to give you an opportunity to organize your shots while not being attacked by ten things at once. Ranger skills are devasting at higher levels at just being able to decimate any high HP enemy. Running units are also the other thing to worry about and in skirmish it's all about hit and run.
Is Mage any good? Also I just reset my game and I'm trying knight for now. Kept losing and lost all my forts to 11 difficulty it just seemed best to restart lol. And any suggestions for troop upgrade priority?
I've never tried mage classes since I wanted something that could hit hard and fast. I'd upgrade bannermen, riflemen and dwarf veteran first. Elf archers would probably be next then pikemen and captains. Priests and elven healers are good for keeping everyone in good condition but they can come later. If you max out your wall with Dwarf veterans then add riflemen you'll see that you're troops output insane amount of damage. At max probably 1800-2200 easy with dwarf veterans.
So I am having a pretty rough time on my iPod 5th gen with crashes and lagging. I'm only on wave 3, but whenever the battle gets heated, it lags a lot which usually results in a crash. My iOS software is up to date too... Any suggestions Foursaken?
Mage is fun to play, especially after you max out Mana Marker skill. It supplies your hero with almost unlimited mana with which you can spam actives (fire and ice) all day long .
When I replay waves at the scribe, does it count as battles to get crystals from the lands I conquered
Dang skeletal archers ruined my Wave 2! Heh, very fun game. Haven't played Heroes and Castles 1 in a long time, gotta get used to the controls again.
Have you try Paladin ? For now, I have the same technique for 7 level, i create a pack of Pikemen and men with shield and I travel on the battlefield in the middle of the pack. No one shoot me and Iheal them for 5 every seconds. I max archer when I can.
Personally i feel most of them are quite close to each other. Like each with their on little pros and cons there. So it's really hard to say which is the "best". I think everyone would say what they own is the best lol ok jokes aside. But then I still stand by the same point as what I said. They are mostly the same since they all need to comply to mfi standards. And quality across those brands are pretty close to each other too. What I think in the end that makes the difference is your controller preference. Like you like something bigger, smaller, heavier or lighter. I personally uses horipad and I love it as it's one of the very few controller that has build in rechargeable battery besides stratus mini. And also since I am more of a playstation person, I prefer the layout of those analogs on this one. Some others have the Xbox layout where the dpad and analog swap position. And horipad is also lighter than most others which I personally prefer too due to the battery since most others still require AA or AAA batteries. So I guess just look at your budget then next your preference and you are good to go with what come closest to your ideal preference.
First off... It is a downright amazing game, no, wait, sorry, it's the best game I have ever played on mobile (It kicked BH2 from the Throne). It is a shame that you only get 1.99 from me, I will definetely buy some In-App-Purchases. But I have one problem: why does it crash so often? Even on the iPad 4! It is a bit annoying. But apart from that, BEST Mobile Game EVER!
