This game is kicking my a$$! Lol! How do you beat the level with all the archers that shoot flaming arrows? I think it's level 7! I've tried a combination of different armies but noting seems to work I keep getting overwhelmed by what seems like 40 archers shooting at my troops be base! Thanks for any tips!
First of all, don't waste money on wall units, the Long Bows will shoot them down! Start with 2-3 squads of shield knights, then I like to summon a squad or 2 of wood elf warriors (high damage, they won't be targetted bc the archers will be preoccupied with the shield knights). Another nice little strategy is you can actually use Plainsmen as offensive units here since there aren't any enemy bases - they take reduced damage from ranged attacks!
I know everyone is entitled to their opinion, but I just don't see giving this a 5/10. I feel bad for those that can't appreciate how good this game is. The first was favorite game ever, and after about 6 hours in on this one, I can say it will take the place of the first. I didn't need to buy crystals, but bought a few batches because FS deserves it. Great game!
Just went trough that level. It was pretty straightforward. I made two bannermen while distracting the archers, then I started spamming shield knights. They were taking care of the archers while I was hunting down armored skeletons. Once the ghouls showed up I sent out a few groups of elf warriors.
A fellow dual wielding elf? How are you specced? I got 3 into AP and % dmg, then into the WS, DMG, and AP one, then 1 into the guillotine strike so far.
I maxed the Time slow skill first then worked on the WS one. Incapacitate is better than guillotine strike 9/10 and can save you when dealing with Siege Trolls, Mummies and any other high HP enemy. Any skills that have timeslow I usually go for first. If you ever have the skill points try getting the one that increases the damage by +1 for every point of armor the enemy has. It is very good in terms of taking down the heavy defense units. I don't remember the specifics though since I can't really check cause my game crashes xD
Am I bugged? I beat first mission and it told me to find the blacksmith and craft a weapon. Problem is I only have 1 crystal and it takes 3 to craft. I can't get any other tutorial prompts or a new level. What am I missing?
Spam shield troopers like no tomorrow. If you're an elf it's matrix until the level is over. You want fast units so elves would be good. What equips do you have so far and what level is your hero?
I'm thinking stance one is better, 24% damage and armor pen for 5s not blocking. Finding any use in the WS, AP, DMG one? Only 5dmg maxed, and WS seems iffy
With AP I can kill anything in a fast amount of time and move on. What type of weapons are you using btw? Low stamina usage weapons are the best imo since you can dart around the map and deal massive damage in a short amount of time.
Got an Epic armor with mobility (want mobility hp) so I have huge Sta Regen and I'm fast but VERY squishy. Dual wielding 2 swords, one AP, one crit.
So fun! Restarted so I could get elf as soon as possible. he's MUCH faster!! Guys,what do u do with spare equipment? Do u just sell it, or wait for a duplicate to forge them?
The crashing happens early on in the game when tooltips are coming up I've noticed, being at like stage 11 I haven't crashed recently. But been having issues with desynching online ;(
