So what decides if i earn xp on a given hero when replaying at the scribe? Because so far i have one hero who doesn't earn any xp no matter what level i try and another who did earn xp for a while but now has stopped. One is level 1 (obviously), the other is level 5 and i did waves 6 and 7 with him but zero xp
A quick rundown of mods available on Godly runes. (I'm assuming Armors/Shields can also get the same ones they could get at Legendary tier, still.) Procs: 15% Stun 20% Wide Angle 30% Forceful Blows 30% Vampirism 50% Chance to Poison Damage: +30 Damage +40 Melee / Ranged / Undead / Goblin / Weapon-type damage +40 AP Defense: +35 Armor +35% Mobility +80 HP +4 HP Regen Heals a Wall 10.0 HP/s +50% Ailment Resistance Economy: +120 Starting CP -20% Research Time +1.0 CP Income +20% Unit Discount +45% Specific Unit Discount Big jumps on the damage runes. The best possible double-damage rune went from +45 (Damage and Melee/Ranged) or +50 (Melee/Ranged and weapon type) to +70 or +80, which is a 25-30 point jump. Not too shabby! Other thoughts: it's now possible to get 90% Vampirism (Rune / Armor / Shield), which is pretty high. Also, if you manage to find a double discount rune (Unit Discount + Specific Unit Discount), and it's for a siege unit and you have the Engineer's 25% discount on top, that's a total 90% discount. Catapults for 10 CP! Summon 10 at the start of every siege! (Of course, good luck getting a double-discount rune. I hunted for a good Legendary one forever. It's not happening.)
Stats Thanks for those stats! I dont want to start the Plus mode though because I will be demolished! Best hero is 66 which is a knight. But +80 damage! DANG! You just made my incentive to play the game even more Foursaken! I can't wait to become super OP!
Here's a quick example of Godly weapon scaling using Repeaters. There are main types of Legendary Repeaters. Raw damage: +30 Damage Half AP: +20 Damage, +25 AP Half Crit: +20 Damage, +13% Crit Full AP: +10 Damage, +50 AP Full Crit: +10 Damage, +25% Crit Full AP/Crit: +10 Damage, +25 AP, +13% Crit These are just the basic types: with a lucky roll you can get better. I found a +33 damage legendary, a +13 damage / +25% crit, etc. But for the most part, you're looking at 30 base damage, and you can trade 10 of it for 25 AP or 12.5% Crit in any combination. These are the Godly versions. Raw damage: +37 Damage Half AP: +24 Damage, +30 AP Half Crit: +24 Damage, +15% Crit Full AP: +11 Damage, +60 AP Full Crit: +11 Damage, +30% Crit Full AP/Crit: +11 Damage, +30 AP, +15% Crit Again, I think it's possible to get a lucky roll that has +3 extra bonus damage, (I found one +14 Damage, +30% Crit one), but these are the basic types. So you're looking at 37 base damage, and you can trade 13 of it for 30 AP or 15% Crit in any combination. Like all tier progression, going from Legendary to Godly also adds 100 range to the repeaters, from 1600 to 1700. So basically, it looks pretty much exactly like the jump from Elite to Legendary all over again.
Not noticing any new models or anything, which is fine. Looks like Shields go up to around 8.6 seconds block (highest I've found), 64 Armor (ditto), and +157 HP (ditto). They probably edge a touch higher than that on a lucky roll. As best as I can recall, Legendaries topped out at about 6 seconds block, 30 armor and 130 HP. The armor in particular is a huge jump. (In fact, the 64 armor shield I found rolled with a +35 Armor mod, giving it 99 armor total.) Maybe I've just been unlucky rolling Legendaries and they're capable of going higher, though.
You guys and you're crystals yeesh... i didnt realize that if i hit to stay new game+that meant old game was gone or that you couldn't go backwards... i do like the challenge so far, so maybe I'm in a good place even with my level 25 heroes
My paladin was 64 when I hit game+. I had 300 crystals and took me 100 to forge a godly sword. Don't worry, you will be fine.
Some bugs... The equips picked up in chests found have "?" in their names and descriptions. All of them so far, and ive gotten 5.
I guess you are right. I should be fine possibly. But before I hit that button, I need to complete all the waves in normal so I can get those 100 gems. And then maybe get some godly stuff.
Yeah I found some of those too. I also found some "nothing special" stuff. Sells for 1 gem anyway. Another bug I found: I activated holy shield and my troops were protected, but then suddenly the game crashed.
Sorry for asking this again but i can't find any info regarding this anywhere Has anyone else had their heroes get zero xp when doing a wave through the scribe? Some of my heroes can't level up and i'm wondering if i'm experiencing a bug or if it's because of some game mechanic i'm not aware of
Have you just started the game? If you did it might be a good idea to delete it and then regain it again. If not you should probably try getting a new hero or something. You might want to specify the armor on it so that foursaken could possibly help.
Yea, i did try to reinstall it, the issue is still there though Now that you mention it, on one of the heroes it happened when i crafted a new weapon I'll try to switch some equipment around and see if it's related Thanks!
Haha I knew it was some kind of equipment problem! Yeah I think new update brought some bugs to the game but I think it will be fixed! There was a similar problem about 100 pages ago on the thread, and foursaken fixed that. Good luck!
First off, this game is amazing and the new update is great. A few things are confusing me though. In new game +, all my heroes are taking additional damage from enemy attacks, about 30-60% more. Not sure wether this is part of the new game + or wether it is not supposed to be happening. Also, is there any way out of new game + back to the normal game, or is the only option to keep going up? On +2 right now and not sure if I'm stuck here or not.
I am so late to this party it isn't even funny. I am just now playing this game, on android but I'm sure that makes no difference. I was a foaming at the mouth fanatic of the first game, had several maxed characters and many intense hours of co-op that were some of the best gaming I have ever experienced. Going into this game, I am dumbfounded at the abilities of the engine. If anything I think this game has simply become almost too big for mobile, where the graphics are actually interfering with the gameplay because of the limitations of a mobile screen. It really feels like Foursaken should have taken this game to the big leagues... But... Here's something I don't like about this game. For the first time, it feels like the business end of things came first. Grinding for crystals through the campaign is utterly ridiculous. The difficulty level is also way out to lunch, which I really don't understand. On 'normal' difficulty I can't even grind my way through the second wave after leveling up several times. I mean, it isn't even close. Um, yeah I understand how to play the game, I was running 25+ minutes survival battles in the first one. I understand the economics, and how to use the right units against what. So, I am forced to play on 'easy', and honestly I'm not sure I want to. The engine is amazing, and the evolution of combat is fantastic. I will say this again, no other game has come close to touching what these guys have done for hand to hand, using a bow, all of that. What baffles me is the crippling use of stamina in this game. I mean, what? You are being constantly PUNISHED for actually fighting? Trust me, the stamina in the first game when it came to sprinting was done right, but here you can't even keep bashing on enemies without draining it? What kind of gameplay is that? Has that been discussed here? I can't be the only one who, after playing this game for no small amount of hours, simply wants to load up the first one instead.
