I heard you mention earlier that 9 heroes was the max you could recruit. Is that correct? Also does everyone of your heroes have rewards aside from just completing earlier missions in the story, ex: achievements or something.. Can you add race specific missions?

I played the first game but felt that on iphone the dual stick controls were extremely awkward. Can anyone comment on changes / improvements to the controls?

This is my proof on playing H&C2 with an iPhone 4. Runs great and feels very natural to me. The lags are what I have expected before.

Achievements are hero specific, meaning you will be able to re-do achievements with each one of your heroes and still get awarded with crystals.

The controls are highly customizable (rearrange buttons on the UI, adjust sensitivity, change look settings) and there's also an auto aim option, in case you are completely incompetent.

Plus there's controller support, if that's your sort of thing.

I'm having no issues with the controls, but then again I had nothing against the controls in the first installment.

PS: there were no "dual stick" controls in the first game.

after a few hours of gameplay, i've change from using the big sword to the rare bow which i've got from the weapon crafter , its much more easier to play with ..LOL are there any specific skills for long range weapon in the skill system? as it seems you only can choose from knight to mage...

Enh, then it was one stick and a button. Point is I found it hard to control where my guy was and what he was swinging at. Really amped up the frustration level of playing.

If you really want to use a bow you should buy an elf hero so you can use the bow skill tree.

Trying to play with you always got a black screen and nothing else happens. It says Good connection and all but we're unable to play together.

Also, seems impossible to play online without getting disconnected after few minutes (in the best of the cases). Hope they fix it soon.

It was joystick to move and swipe to look. Same as in this game. Same as in all RPGs and FPS games.

Perhaps try your best at adapting to the controls. This game is way too good to miss out on just because you weren't able to adapt to the controls in the first five minutes.

Man I am stuck at wave 2.... I am ashamed but am I missing anything? Do we not build gold mines anymore and stuff like that? I am happy about that but I cant beat wave 2 for some reason. How many side missions should I do before that wave 2?

There's no gold anymore. Gold was replaced with command points and in order to generate those you have to spawn bannermen. They pretty much work the same way as the Cultists in the first game (in case you are familiar with the evil side).

You really skipped the tutorial, huh?

I suggest you take as many outposts as possible, before enemy wave attacks your main castle.

Tried deleting, reinstalling, resetting, clearing my multitasking bar and clearing my ram... No luck

    More like first 2 hours.

Was sensitivity adjustable in the first game? If so, I could re-install and try that before spending money on the second.

Actually, screw it, for 2 dollars I'll take the risk. I've enjoyed every other Foursaken game I've played, including Block Fortress, which had similar controls. I just found H&C 1 really tricky.

    It was adjustable, yes.

    That's the spirit!

This is a five star game no doubt. So so deep. Iap purchased as my way of saying "great job"!! I almost never get iap but this game is so big pimpin, it requires extra appreciation. Kudos to FM. I had the same feeling starting this game up as when I put ledgend of Zelda into the nes for the 1st time
