Yeah, I totally get where people have differing opinions about this experience and I do wish that that opinion that had been posted was much less detailed/spoilery . It was a great take on the experience. However, I think the biggest ting to keep in mind is scope. Could Foursaken have added another whole layer of awesome, like customized units, or resource management, or facility construction or etc. made it more RTS-y or more action-y? Doubled the length of the game? Added 5 more races? Etc. Yes to all that! However, SCOPE is so huge. These guys, Naquatic, Noodlecake, Halfbrick, etc. heck even ROVIO get scope; their games have a clearly defined range they are trying to accomplish. They get it done, then move on to the next project or expansion or etc. If you let scope be endless, the result will simply never come. I've seen some games lately get released or are going to get released with a changing scope or no defined scope. This can lead to unproduced products or, like Duke Nukem Forever, a massive redo multiple times over that result in a less-than-satisfactory product. I think this is a huge release for the bros. I think it challenges experiences I've had on PC because I can't find ANYTHING like it on another system. Now, its bigger. Graphics are awesome, sound, etc. I can't wait to see the overall reactions to it. "TO BATTLE *BATTLEHORN WAAAAAAAAAH*"
OMG This game is perfect! I love the new graphics and I'm hyped for the new army to army combat! Whooooo
Did you just... Is that a.... Hold up.... I so very much wanna know the question to that answer I fig if you erase it first to make room for the new beast, you should be able to clean up the bones afterward, easily

Since most of you guys played the first one for a few years i was wondering if anyone could help me with tips ( or direct me to a info site ) Im trying to build my paladin currently and don't know what skills/ stats to invest in could any give me any tips? would be awesome lol i also want to get a Druid eventually so tips on building a Druid would be awesome as well ! any feedback will be more than appreciated ! And Cheers FoursakenMedia I'm seriously looking forward to HOC 2 !
Ok in my opinion the first H&C is amazing. It was like a rocket that was awesome and fun. H&C2 though is like a warp drive that goes a light speed. Now that's like 100 times better. Bear in mind the rocket is still pretty good too, but when you have a warp drive the rocket gets left in the dust. But yeah it's still worth it imo.
I find the first one far more frustrating now versus H&C2. Especially with the Corte castle and siege.... I feel the difficulty is realay really ramped up to the point of impossible with certain heroes. I still love endless though and it is still not complete so going to keep it around for awhile
Jeez... Corte Castle... guys, this is some tough gaming; until, you get a +100 gold rune/-20% building cost Is that the highest you can get? or is there a +200? I have been at a stalemate with most heroes until I got that last night and it has totally helped. It is still a challenge, though; I'm at wave 14 and the Juggernauts that mass spawn at the start of the map, then the Orc Captains who show up to help wipe out the defense strategies I keep trying... I'd say, for those wondering, I personally consider H&C1 more of a puzzle game when it comes to the strategy; you find the right combo to take on the right wave and on Corte maps, the right combos at different times in the maps, to win. I felt (and others may say different) that the randomness in H&C2 was a benefit; I like that you don't know what you are going to take on outside of the normal waves. Especially with the land-conquering and the defending waves, it really added another layer challenge. For tose who have conquered Corte castle in H&C1, is there any other new units after the Juggernauts? I don't know if I have the mettle to get there
