If this has controller support (I haven't been paying too much attention to this thread, so yes, that was a question), this looks like it's going to be absolutely amazing!
It wont (i asked them here before), but they said they might add, but it'll be complicated with all the unit summons, skills, and researches, etc.
Did I just see a guy duel wielding a sword/spear in one hand and a spear in the other in that trailer! # seems like the classes are going to be insane this time around. #
It looks like you'll be able to use your iphone as a controĺer to your iPad. It isn't working for me yet and I didn't get any response either from other testers or FM so no promises on this one
Foursaken, now that you have the beta and the trailer out, when do you think H&C2 will be released? (I don't need the exact date, I just need estimates )
It's not that I won't be able to use a controller with the game (I plan on playing it on my android tablet, which has Nvidia's gamepad Mapper software, allowing me to bind touchscreen controlls to a controller), it's just that I'd preferr a better, native solution for controller support to that, since gamepad mapper isn't really perfect. If I remember correctly, Foursaken Media likes to give the camera momentum (meaning that the camera will continue to turn even after you take your finger off the screen, it has momentum), and that really messes up gamepad mapper's first/third person aiming controlls (it can emulate swiping to aim, but map that to an analogue stick)
What r u talking about , I have been playing their games for years and never ever experience that kind of issue , are u sure its a FM game ? Or is ur device broken , lmao .##
Can confirm. Also so far you can dual-wield almost any two melee weapons in the game, though I am far from having one of each type it seems. Not entirely sure how that impacts your stats and DPS yet, but I guess we'll get there.
Foursaken Media's goal for using startegy instead of spamming makes the game feel more immersive. Too bad we couldn't try out the multiplayer and co op though, would've been amazing!
