Too bad I'm Now beta-testing 4 games, and One it's really huge, let's hope i finish with at last with 2 of them, and then I'm ready to test This on my iPhone 6 plus, developer permission,obvious..
Man I like how the units will have "specific" people to go after. That does make it alot more strategic especially for a multiplayer aspect. I'm sure there will be a wide variety of players from the rushers to the wait and blow them away late game. Sweet sounding and looking forward to trying to beta test this like the other Foursaken titles
2 little teaser gifs showing off a dual wielding dwarf (posted before) and a new one with a decked out, stag horned elf.
Super cool GIFs. I'm loving the character detail and the scenes look lighter than the first game too. HUD and UI look awesome. I can't wait to get this... but of course I'll have to.
The horns look epic. LOVE spin-and-whallop attack thing, too.... so ready for this game. I'm literally going to book "Heroes & Castles II" time on my calendar when this comes out. No other game I've seen announced recently is as interesting Except for Block Fortress "3.0" whatever this mega-update is... when should we hear more about that, Jamie? And is that a Target button there with the elf? Not seen that one before...
It would be cool if controller support was added and a possibility to roll every direction like link from zelda. What do you think foursaken?
Not strange at all. If DnD allows elven clerics, then why not? In most DnD versions clerics are not allowed to wield bladed, pointed or edged weapons, so they have to stick to staves, hammers, unspiked maces, etc.
I wouldn't call the BF update 3.0... its just a sizable update. I think we're almost ready to submit actually, so should have more news soon. Not sure about controller support yet, but it definitely could be a possibility with this game. As for rolling, animation wise it wouldn't really work (many of the armor sets have large back components, such as the elf's banners for ex)... but we do have a dash which you can use in any direction Good for charging into combat, dodging, or even escaping - dash is a very important part of combat. You can equip any weapon you want on your hero, regardless of race (swords, bows, staffs, maces, hammers, dwarven rifles, etc) - so its up to you as the player to create the hero you want. That being said, most discipline/skill paths have bonuses with specific types of weapons. An elven ranger for ex is best with a bow, a dwarf berzerker is strongest when dual wielding, etc.
Just trying to be funny, dudes! It kind of feels like a 3.0, with 2.0 being the multiplayer/bots additions... good to hear, anyways My favorite game of my way-too-many years of gaming for sure.
Not sure if it'll be a simultaneous launch yet or not, but yeah for sure. And, hoping to start beta sign-ups this week, so get ready Will give more info soon.
I was reading something about the campaign from heroes and castles and there's something called King of Evil. What is that? It doesn't show in any wiki I've read from
