after finishing normal mode i want to ask something about the 3 bosses that gives you gems and a achievement. I've ran through several normal modes but so far haven't seen any of those yet, do i need to do nightmare/hell for them to spawn and when you buy clothing, does it affect all your characters or only 1?
the achievements for the bosses are for their elite versions which have 1/100 chance to spawn and are really deadly. About the clothing, we are re-working the whole clothing system so that you can adjust hats for each slot. and we are going to add 6 slots instead of 3.
Ah I see, thanks for answering my questions. Guess I can only hope that they appear. It's also on any difficultly correct? Also any tips on finding the secret stage ?
So, a question to the dev (or anyone else who has played both versions), in all honesty, which version of this is better - the Android or iOS version? I downloaded and played the Android version and love it. Yet, despite the issues with this version, sounds like you've put a lot effort into this version. From a control point of view, content, updates, etc., is one "better" than the other? (Don't worry I won't my fellow Android friends if this one is )
both versions are totally equal. We port them always at the same time after modifications and content etc. iOS is just slower to update because of the approval process But i'd say the PC version is better than the mobile versions.
Since I have this on a Nexus 7, I decided to double dip and get the iOS version for easier play on the go. The game is great and not trying to take away from the iOS version because it's still fun and playable. But it runs much better on my Nexus 7 than my iPhone 4S. Particularly when there are a lot of enemies on the screen, there's a good amount of slowdown. The gameplay is just a lot smoother and faster on Android. For anyone who enjoys this game and has an Android, I'd recommend trying out that version. It's free to try (IAP to disable ads). I'll still get my fix on the go with the iOS version but am a little disappointed in the sluggishness - at least at times on my 4S.
Yeah but I mean the Nexus 7 is a much newer device than the 4S, plus it's a tablet. It's super silky on my 5S
But I've had much more graphically intensive games run like butter on my 4S. In fact, there's been virtually no games that I've had issues with this far in comparison. Technically, this game should run on even a 3GS according to the requirements. I could see if I had an iPhone 4 or an iPod Touch 4 where there could be some issues, but I think this still could and should run better on my 4S. Also, my Nexus 7 is the 2012 version so it's not that much newer. Jus was surprised at the difference.
Dont let the 2D fool you. Its not about the graphics, its about instances/objects which have looping code in them. The lagg comes out harder the more enemies are on the screen. Every enemy has a really long step loop which has the Pathfinding code etc which is pretty heavy. The game could be optimized to run perfectly, but then alot of quality will be taken off which we dont want to do. There is always the low performance option.
Ok bought the game because of the sale, will this game get updated with content like the pc version? And will the new content be free or Iap?
I can't rename character, it shows box to rename character, but no keyboard appears, diamonds are consumed though.
