Awesome! HoS was one of gameloft's better offerings while it lasted, hopefully this one will have a longer campaign and some replay value

Trailer does look awesome, I wish we had a little gameplay video to show in game graphix.
I still haven't played through he first one because it doesn't play at a good framerate for me, lots of skipping and quick pauses while playing amd it just annoyed me to much to play anymore, I am playing on a 3gs also.
I like the game and thought it would have been good if it played smoother.

That's strange. You are using a 3GS (the most powerful device) and it's still choppy? I'm using my 2G iPhone (one of the slower devices) and it runs perfectly smoothly.

I kinda agree that in certain instances the 3gs has a few hiccups
there and here. However I wouldn't call it unplayable, as my 3gs tends to only slow done when I have like ten or eleven enemies on screen at once.

I wouldn't call it unplayable either but I am picky and little things bother me, most of the other games seem to play better on my 3gs that I used to play on my 3g like homerun battle, it always skipped on my 3g but runs perfectly smooth on my 3gs. I don't think I'll worry about it to much because it is the only game that acts up an I'm sure future games are only going to be better on my new 4g or whatever their going to call it this summer.

Yeah, I'm definitely getting the 4G this summer (or whenever it's launched). I've managed with my original 2G iPhone for almost 3 years now, I think it's probably time to upgrade :)

I've found the 3G's to be almost as bad as first gen touches.
2g touches are good. Anything below that is really really slow.

Well I managed to play your game "Ravensword" with full settings (i.e - extra trees/vegetation) and it still runs smoothly on my 2G iPhone. In fact almost every newly released game has been running smoothly.

I'm very surprised because I've had my iPhone for ages now, I've dropped it (once from waist height onto concrete) and it still survives. Even the screen is completely scratch free and there are no dead pixels. The only problem is that the volume buttons can sometimes be hard to press, other than that, my iPhone is like new! And I know this sounds sad, but I'm even thinking about keeping my iPhone when I upgrade (rather than selling it) because I have grown emotionally attached to it, lol :D

I still have my 1st gen that I let my daughter use to play games on and will never get rid of it and come this summer I will have 4 iPhones. Theyare good to keep for the memory for taking lots of movies and games and music on a trip. I think I'm going to get an ipad also but I want to try and hold out until the next gen appears but I'm inpatient and will probably not wait.

The engine looks the same as both Avatar and IM2 also done by gameloft. I'm not so sure about this one anymore.....i like gameloft and enjoy the games they make since other companies continue to give us watered down versions of games (cough capcom, cough RE4).......they really need to start pushing the newer generations of the idevices. I think apple is starting to hint that they are moving away from supporting the older gens and game developers need to start doing that too.

Agree. This is an improvement, but still looks like a first generation iphone game...

The beauty of the ipad is that it is not constrained by the need to be backwards compatible with the other iDevices...

The graphics in that video look pretty much like the first game.
