I beat the boss on my first try but couldn't manage a steal, just surviving was an achievement! Almost all my elements were being resisted, maybe the enemies here are weak to non-magical attacks? Confuse might be worth a try.
Anybody knows why there are many apps getting discounted? I just got hero emblem for 1.99$ and bardÂ’s tale for 0.99 Radiation island,oddworld also got discounted...
No, after beating the game I just went through the first dungeon and then made my way to the second one. I think I only gained one level in the whole exchange, and another one after beating the second dungeon. Also, there's one dungeon on each continent. The next dungeon is on the north-west tip of the first continent, it has a different harbor. I got a little lucky with the boss battle. I brought three 5-matches into the battle and got two more during the battle, that saved me a lot of heartache. Other than those I used one superior blended potion and two platinum crosses.
Jeez. I've tried countless times now. Never got so lucky. Seeing if confusion helps now. Maybe I should try a different continent first? Edit: Not liking confusion. Really not sure which skills to use. The boss is weak to Vampire, but some mobs are resistant to it. Boss is resistant to fire and livening, but some mobs are resistant to ice. :/
angelic ruins Hi Guys! i've beaten the three bosses to get the three out of four tier 10 emblems. the only emblem i'm missing is the tier 10 emblem for Trista (the healer) and that's located at the Angelic Ruins. tried to give it a go several times but the boss (Black Colour Witch) is so damn powerful!! basically she can kill me with my HP full, DP full, plus inside that protection thingy you get from the s.skill defender. all my charachters are on level 34. any of you guys know the trick to beat this particular boss? or maybe there are other dungeons (except the 4 dungeons to get the tier 10 emblems) that i can enter to strengthen my characters? appreciate your input!
additional info: as far as i know, this black colour witch boss does not have any resistant to a particular element. however, i think this one does not have any weak point either! so so powerful! what levels are your characters guys?
i got all tier 10 emblems. Basically, make sure Trista equips with Revive and store as many Revive's as you can. I got up to 5 revive stored by the time the last witch. Other than that, make 4 or 5 match tiles and use your skills as frequent as possible, thats the only way to damage the witch. Spoiler After you get all tier 10 emblems, leave Cloyd Port and you will be ask to travel to "Pitch Black Island". Get ready for the "Demonic Tower". In the Demonic Tower, in addition to the enemy countdown timer, you will be going against a timer which makes you having less time to think for each match as well . The last boss is a Skeleton Dragon. Dont have time to spot its weakness but it attacks either by making 1 vertical column frozen or randomly makes 4-8 of your tiles on fire. I still havent manage to beat it. Used up all my cross, i got 8 revives stored yet i still lost.
I finally did it! I had a lucky run where I started the boss with four emblems and got another 3 or so during the battle! Yay!

nice! i'm still stuck at the last witch. can you tell me what skills were you using against that Trista Witch (Black color witch)? after you get all the 4 emblems, "Martty" says you have to leave Cloyd island, and will be asked to go to pitch black island. good luck!
You definitely need Revive for when she kills you. Also, make sure you have full health and full shield before her turn is up to have a better chance at survival. Sometimes she'll leave you with a sliver of life left if you had full HP and shield before she attacked. I was using Super Vampiric Sword, Heist (I don't think there's anything to steal, though), Angelic Shield, Sacred Field, Strong Pulverization (but she was immune, I think), Great Thunderbolt, Thunder Gate, Strong Purification and Revive. Edit: Not a fan of the last dungeon. Too hard to pay attention to what's happening. :/
