LMAO I did that and got a black screen of death after 2 days and had to delete and start over...didn't do that. That was about 2 months ago though.

Everyone seems so excited about this game. I've played for hour and an a half and already bored. Too grindy and if you think just a little bit about the gameplay - it is really repetitive
This is one of the best match 3 hybrid Japanese rpg ever made. It is beautiful that world map is something out of a 90s era rpg the map style reminds me of Ni No Kunis map! (one of the best ps3 rpgs to date) The only gripe i have is add a check point system when at a boss so i dont have to redo a area with like 6 different paths and get to the boss die and loose all the stuff I have earned from the chests that i may or may not be able to unlock again ! other wise its fantastic... a pointer for beginners the Red Devil boss is the first boss and hes tough at first...just grind a bit to get 300 gold and buy the first emblem for the knight who is defense (hes the shield dude) his new ability gives you enough defense to take out the boss... the thing with this game a lot of people may not realize is that when you get to a dungeon area / story area there is multiple paths and you do end up at a boss or a tougher enemy. But your puzzle layout continues on from each battle up to the boss so you can save up all your specials (4-5 matches that make special gems which are super attacks) so you can save them for a boss and that design is very clever... So that boss may be tough if your puzzle board has no specials saved up.... it makes a huge difference in boss fights....
I saw a post earlier about someone wishing shops would let you know if you already owned a skill or emblem. I don't know if it was answered, but it does show you. When you highlight the skill or emblem, you'll notice the character that can equip it will stand out. If they're just standing still, you already own it. If the character is "cheering" then you do not own that particular emblem or skill.
I inquired about that early on but then I noticed their response. I still believe it would be simplier just to gray out emblems and/or skills you've already purchased. No need to get cute with it in my opinion. Well, I'm at the Shayara Kingdom and wondering if I missed a shop somewhere. Struggling a little but I've got over $90,000 and only one level 7 emblem (from the Cave of Devil).
Is there any trick I'm missing to beating the glowing red slime creatures on island 3? Just doing the fairy quest and they're doing my head in..... The only way I seem to be able to do any damage is to hit with a sword attack with a glowing sword in it. Nothing else seems to dent. They're just killing me and I'm not really struggling with anything else.
you hurt them with skill attacks...yeah they're. pain. also about lvl 7 emblems from castle shayara and cave of devil do you have to steal any of them from bosses? or are they all in chests? also are lvl 8 emblems the highest? or do you go up to 10? thanks
Level 9 emblems are the highest, you buy them for 100k each. Their in the house next to the final castle however there is no shop sign, just press on the house. Level 8 emblems can be found in Cave of Devil and Shayara Castle. Level 7 you can buy from the shop. I actually got both level 8s from the Cave of Devil even before I needed them. I had only all level 6 emblems except for Shield level 7 which I purchased. It might take a few tries but you can do it and it'll save you 40k however if it's too hard for you just purchase the level 7s as you're going to need to grind over 300k eventually anyway, what's another 40? (It's not hard to get that much money later of if you know where and how to grind) I highly suggest you get all level 8s as it'll make getting the level 9s a lot easier.

Ugh, I just accidentally deleted my saved game with over 12 hours of play time. Bad user experience, there should have been a Confirm dialog that pops up instead of just outright deleting the save. I don't suppose there is an easy way to restore a deleted game if I poke around the data files on the iPhone?
