He does have some good points though and in the end it is just up to each person, if this game had slightly different graphics or gameplay style I really wouldn't be interested it's just the RPG mechanics I like. Also I have very limited free time and don't like to feel like I'm wasting it, if I play hearthstone and someone is just deliberately wasting time I want to find them and kill their whole family....besides being easily angered the point is different people find different things fun so each to their own. I play Vainglory a lot as I still find it very fun but feel very annoyed when stuck with a poor team and can see an imminent loss yet they will not resign, thus wasting more of my time just to lose anyway. All I'm saying is I can agree with people that feel like time is being wasted when they get nothing for failing and also agree with others who like that style as when you pass something it feels more rewarding. Everybody is different and no one is wrong, their opinion is just their opinion. Edit: Also I'm not old enough to have really had an Atari but I remember it vaugely but I was around from the first Nintendo ect and played everything onwards. For me I miss games that involved all your friends in one room playing rather than all these consoles being mostly online play now, a little off topic but still.
AppUnwrapper - relevant to Heist in the skill location portion of your guide where you indicated you weren't sure as the exact path, I ended up getting it via the blue chest on Path A (not B). What I didn't realize was that there can be blue chests on both paths...? Crap, that means I may have missed a number of them on the first continent. I thought blue chest would only be down one path and that I was just getting lucky in picking the paths!
There's nothing wrong with expressing a counter or negative opinion, but making the same point over and over gets a little tiring. People who are most interested in seeing a change in the game should contact the developer directly instead of posting the same rant ad nauseam.
Replayability? Installed on the iPad and going back to the beginning, still fun. Oddly haven't touched the usual suspects: FTL, XCOM nor Frontier Kingdom Rush, Battleheart Legacy. HE has more staying power than Scurvy Scalywags
Is Palace of Darkness the final dungeon? I don't want to finish the game without exploring everything first.
There are three separate doors you can go through, and it saves after each boss. I only completed the first so far, though. Got distracted by Shadowmatic today. So you might beat me to it.
I've completed the Sun, Moon and Stars Gates. The main door is open, I'm just wondering if it's the last thing. There are some location to the east that seem they could be dungeons.
Couldn't find anything else. Main door will end the game when you complete the dungeon- but the save slot appears to revert you to your state before you entered. FYI, nothing interesting to heist - gravity sword's turn delay effect works for a portion of the boss fight.
^ Oh dang sorry to hear that man :\ I forgot where that 6th one was. Where was it again? I'm just trying to recall how that one is set up. I'm assuming it's one of the boss steals?
Use Purify, debuff shield and crosses. Also note that you can go up as well as down the tower, pick the right path. You can see stairs going up in the correct path.
What's that pink ball that Howard has? I don't have that (yet?). And I'm jealous of the Counter Attack. But you're missing Trista's useles Obligatory Donation skill. And I seem to somehow have missed Elsa's basic Lightning lol. Was probably in the first town?
That skill is Hyper Gravity Sword, it's in a chest on the Stars Gate. Elsa's lightning skill was indeed in the first town. I'm thinking about trading in that second crown for the Donation skill... By debuff shield I mean Alston's super skill that blocks all debuffs for 3 attacks. I think I got it very early in the game.
