Hey people. I previously created a topic in which i said that after reinstalling windows my iTunes library was gone. Now when i downloaded the games that i previously purchased, I tried to sync and it gives the error you cannot sync because you are not authorized. I searched through the internet. one fix suggests that you have to open iTunes and click on the advanced tab and then there's a deauthorize option. When i click it it gives a Deauthorize audible account option and keeps asking for a user id and password. I typed my iTunes password and id nothing happens. Please someone help me

    Im on a 1st Gen 2.2 un-jailbroken device

Well since you have a jail-broken device then restoring back to the original settings might have helped. Did you download the latest version of iTunes? It's like 8.02 or some bullsh!t like that.

Did you ever let your device back back up before you restored? iTunes does the backup process so it has a backup copy in case you restore.
