My brother recently bought GTA: Chinatown Wars on my account, when he already had it. So, I want to get a refund of ten dollars. I sent in "Report a Problem" and selected a wrong option, so now I can can't redo the form to receive a refund, as you can only send one form. What do I do? Is there another way?

They wont refund you, they will simply say you should have protected your account. Tough lesson learned, but there is way too much risk refunding people in this kind of environment.

When they're making money like that, they don't care about a few dollars.

They actually don't lose money from the refund. Only the developer.

After sending iTunes an email, minutes later I recieve:

    "Dear Kyle,

I have reversed the charge for "Grand Theft Auto: *China Town Wars." You will see a store credit of $10.76 in three to five business days. You may need to sign out of the iTunes Store and then sign back in before you see the credit in your account.

Thank you for being part of the iTunes family.

    Have a great day!

    Sincerely,

    Melissa."
