Hey, recently my external battery case for my iPod stopped working, I've noticed the dock piece is loose and the iPod doesn't get pushed all the way in when I try to charge it. Anybody else know how to fix it? And anybody else had this problem?
Never heard of that happening.. What brand case was it? As long as it doesn't affect charging/syncing you shouldn't worry about it. If it does eventually, then I can recommend you a great repair company.

Ugh, that thing looks like a brick.. Dexim, Mophie, Luckypacks, Richardsolo are the guys you should be checking out for the best external batteries.
