      I just did a factory reset on my iPad and now when ever I download something on my iPod touch it automatically appears on my iPad?
      Can someone tell me how to stop this as I seem to have forgotten.

      The reason I download stuff to my iPod in the first place is so I don't infect my iPad with every free app on the store :D

      Settings -> iTunes & AppStore -> Automatic Downloads -> Set Apps to Off
