Whenever I try to use an app that uses location information (iHound, Local Picks, Weather, etc) my iPod's location cannot be found. Yes, I have the location switch turned on in settings; yes, I've restarted my iPod. I'm on an iPod Touch 2G, running fully updated firmware, and I'm not jailbroken. I don't want to restore my ipod. (Doesn't that delete your game saves?) I'm connected to my home wifi network. Haven't had a chance to test it with any other networks yet--I don't exactly live in an urban area, so there's no free wifi nearby. I'll test it again at school tomorrow. Any help? I'm really at a loss.
It's not gonna work with every network. There's always a couple random connections that mess with my Touch. The iPod just can't figure out your location on yours. Test it out at a Panera or public access WiFi to be sure it's not your iPod.
