Okay, I REALLY want to remember the name of this game. First off, its NOT I Dig It. But similar idea. You are in a machine and you dig down to find gems and treasures. The land that you dig in becomes harder the further you go down. I know im not giving you guys much to go on but some TA'er will know it!!
I actually know what you're talking about but I forgot the name too. There's levels and you have to survive the game by affording fuel or something with the ores and items you find right? You can upgrade the machine drill you have too.
No its not Duckers. The game i am thinking of is probaly close to 2 years old. You travel down in the ground and the deeper you go, the ground changes material. You pickup gems and u go back up to the top to drop them off. Similar to I Dig It but more of a cartoony look rather then a realistic look.

Terracore? Or that might not even be a game, i really dont know Edit: it was Mole- Quest For The Terracore Gem, but it appears to have been taken off of the app store
If you got it once before, it's probably in your purchased list. You may have to browse through the list for it alphabetically, if it's otherwise out of the app store.
Adult swim has a somewhat similar game but its not the same thing. Oh well, maybe when i have 12 hours to look through all my purchases ill be able to find it lol
