      Hey you guys!

      I'm buying a Blu Ray drive. These are the qualities I am looking for:

      External
      Mac friendly
      Can read & write CD+G data

      Any suggestions? Also, is there anything else I should be aware/afraid of when selecting a model?

      Everyone knows what blu-ray is but I doubt anyone here owns both a Mac and a blu-ray writable drive. They aren't exactly cost efficient, hard drives or DL DVD-Rs are cheaper for backups and they make little sense for video since most people have hardware hooked up to their TVs that can play HD video files in multiple formats.

      Thanks for the reply you guys. It doesn't need to be a blu-ray burner. Sorry if I didn't make that clear for you guys.
