OK, my Touch 3G has been resetting, and I figured the fact that I had nearly hundreds of apps on it made it unstable. So I did the restore from iTunes. Then I deleted ALL the apps on my Touch. Then I filled my Touch back up with apps again, but not as many. Everything is fine now, BUT all my apps data seems gone. All my saved games and such. Where is my save data?! I synced every day with iTunes on my computer. Help?!
Connect your iDevice to iTunes and find the iDevice tab to the left. RIGHT click that tab and a "restore from backup..." option pops up. Find the backup you want and you should be set.
