I assume it's likely the same developer, but not able to see anything to confirm or not. But everything about the game is identical to Groove Planet, just with Hello Kitty visuals and music. The problem with free games like this, however, is that you are encouraged to tap along to the beat, but the game will randomly throw up full page ads.
