For a racing game with powerups it's a bit too low paced and zen for me and the controls are too floaty for my taste. When the game was in soft-launch it was free, the optional ads, high prices for upgrades and iaps are still in the game. Do you know if there are GC achievements? djstout Well-Known Member Jul 21, 2011 2,685 105 63 Sportscaster & football (soccer) coach Taiwan & Japan #4 djstout, Apr 20, 2016 This game could be so good if it wasn't for the bad f2p feeling. I hate it when there are power up, recharges and other stuff that you can buy with gems. I am so disappointed, the game is good and enjoyable but the power-up and recharge system touchy85 Well-Known Member Jan 21, 2015 1,616 1 38 #5 touchy85, Apr 20, 2016 There are GC achievements and leadersboards. Don't know how many, because of my broken GC Repulsa Well-Known Member Jul 3, 2015 1,584 81 48 #6 Repulsa, Apr 20, 2016 And this is how I discovered this game isn't for me unfortunately more games are trying to premium price a game and add a bunch of f2p IAP. I have to stand by my premium only principles and say no to this one skylined87 Well-Known Member Nov 9, 2014 457 0 16 #7 skylined87, Apr 20, 2016 On the App Store page I'm not seeing any IAP.... And what do you mean by recharges? Are there timers? stelluhreyesthis Well-Known Member Jun 24, 2014 71 0 6 #8 stelluhreyesthis, Apr 20, 2016 Whoa I need to see more impressions I've been waiting on this game forever, what's this about racing? And what's this about iaps. Someone clearly explain what's up here vectorarchitekt Well-Known Member Dec 29, 2013 2,489 177 63 #9 vectorarchitekt, Apr 20, 2016 Landscape only? jn2002dk Well-Known Member May 22, 2009 433 1 0 Denmark #10 jn2002dk, Apr 20, 2016 There is a single 1$ IAP to unlock all tracks and powerups, otherwise you have to use gems to purchase powerups and progress through the game to unlock tracks As for the gems, it's pretty obvious this was a freemium title at one point but you can't purchase gems in game anymore. You earn them by playing the game although you can watch ads for 20 gems each There are no timers. By recharges he probably meant recharging powerups. You pay gems to unlock and upgrade powerups and also to recharge them once you've used the ones you had So this is a freemium game gone premium. I haven't played it enough to tell if you earn enough gems through playing but since there aren't a gem shop i imagine you do Yes raravan Well-Known Member May 18, 2014 829 38 28 #11 raravan, Apr 20, 2016 it's pretty premium game. all of the reffils and gems you can earn in the actual battle. so, there is nothing to complain about. amazing stuff! skylined87 Well-Known Member Nov 9, 2014 457 0 16 #12 skylined87, Apr 21, 2016 I agree 100%. I wish I would have listened to the posts in this thread, but I had been looking forward to this game for a pretty long time so I decided to go ahead and buy it. Now I wish I would have spent my cash on Pang or something else this week. In my mind I had hoped this would be somewhat like Gravity Crush for the PS Vita, but that game blows this out of the water. Don't get me wrong, I love the graphics, and that was one of the main selling points of this game for me at least. However, the gameplay is rather dull. There isn't very much variety in the levels or enemies, and the power up refill and fuel recharge gets very annoying very quick. There is no kind of campaign, and not very many levels at all. I really hate it, I really wanted to love this game, but I don't think I will unless it gets a major overhaul. That being said, good luck with the launch. Just because I don't like the game doesn't mean everyone will. I hope you guys can get some ideas on how to improve your game, because it really does have a lot of potential. There's going to be a new update soon. It includes couple of new battle arenas and awesome rapid fire power-up weapon. raravan Well-Known Member May 18, 2014 829 38 28 #18 raravan, Apr 24, 2016 guys, your game was in softlaunch for so long. you are for sure was able to figure out all of the balance problems and etc. i just don't get it! HeavyRockets Active Member May 27, 2013 40 0 0 Graphic designer, indie gamedev Finland http://www.heavyrockets.com #19 HeavyRockets, Apr 24, 2016 There's still lot to improve in the game and we want to hear what gamers have to say about the game. Soft launch didn't give us all the answers. There were some really good points in the Snapzilla review. For example, we didn't think about it at all, how all the challenge is gone if you decide to unlock all arenas with IAP.
