Heavy Mach was just recently updated, and included in the update is a survival mode, and a bullet shell effect. The bullet shell effect is basically just the bullet shells flying out behind you when you fire your turret, and it's kind of cool. The new survival mode is a nice addition, but a bit slow. Sometimes there will be 15 seconds without any machines coming at you, and when that wait is over, about 10 come on, and lag up the game. Although this mode is fun to have, it is WAY too easy, and I hope in a future update they'll tweak it to make it more challenging. http://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewSoftware?id=304416840&mt=8 There's the link, if you want to check out the game and haven't already. No new screenshots have been posted, although I'm sure some will soon.
yeah survival mode got boring. its like just when you think you're getting into action, they stop coming and theres a pause. then they come, stop. over and over......
I just bought the game about two days ago, so I think it's the current version. I have no idea how to access survival mode though. Please help!
The update came out about 10 minutes before I posted this, so no, you don't have it, you'll have to download the update. It's free though don't worry.
yah i thought double tap for music works for any app and it never slowed me down, never needed any 'options' to turn that on or off
i just found out..in survival mode when you hover or touch your finger over ammo boxes they fly towards u! i dont think it works in scenarios, and when you jump they levitate too lol
i really wish this game's firing was different....more games should use iDracula type schemes... For instance, if the left side could control aim up and down and the right side tap to shoot....man, i would like this game a lot more.... feels somehow cheap to be able to just tap on the enemy for positioning... sucks, cuz i love the idea and game graphics...but i dont play this because of the control.........
iDracula was different. In that case you had to shoot in all directions, and for that the controls worked out. And I think the controls for Heavy Mach works also, for itself, while I wholly agree that it would suck for iDracula. Otherwise, I disagree with you!
Yes, survival mode is as boring as hell, while it would be totally awesome if there was more difficulty.
