I'm in the same boat I can't believe how many other games I've had time out on me because all I'm playing is this.

I was like this too, until i got me some JP credits and Monster Hunter happened. Havent touched Hearthstone for about a day now.

That said, Hearthstone will forever be on my devices, and i will invest some huge playtime into it. For now, i'll try to do the daily quests while focusing on MH.

Yeah!!! It is like all the other games are insignificant compared to Hearthstone. Although something like that is not true.

Huntards came from World of Warcraft players. Often times, Hunters will pull the boss or mobs with their Pets and often makes stupid mistake with traps, misdirection and other stuff. I played WoW for 4 years. Such a fun but stressful game. :D

    Had a great Arena weekend.

    12-2 Druid
    10-3 Mage
2-3 Paladin (Trust me, my draft is really good, but Pally is my least played hero. Need to practice more.)
    11-3 Mage

For those having a hard time with arena, check out arenavalue.com and google antigravity arena draft tier list. Good luck and have fun! :D

Nice streak, I'm happy hen I get 3-3 lol.
The antigravity arena draft list is very useful when you don't know all the cards yet.
My only concern is that playing hearthstone at higher levels begins to feel like work with all these spreadsheets and strategies (not that it doesn't appeal to me, but it requires a lot of time) ;)

How do the rewards differ when you have 12-2 or 10-3?

So I'm in the process of leveling up my rogue to 10, and I've been using the Basic Rogue Deck on Hearthpwn as a guide until I get more comfortable with her.

Two of the recommended cards are "Sap", which return enemy minions to the enemy's hand. How on earth are these useful cards? I can only think of a couple specific scenarios where it'd be useful: Getting around an enemy's taunt (for potentially only one turn), and sending a buffed enemy back so they won't have buffs next time.

Are there any other scenarios where Sap is worthy of being in a deck? I'm definitely a noob here, but it seems you are only slightly delaying a minion rather than getting rid of it for good.

For a simple game, it does really have a deep strategy behind it.

My 12-2 gave me less than 200 gold, 2 golden rare cards and 1 expert pack.
My 10-3 gave me 375 gold and 1 expert pack.
My 11-3 gave me 200 gold, 85 dust and 1 expert pack.

It varies, really, but the most gold and pack I've seen for 12 wins is 2 expert packs and 500 gold. I believe blizzard tweaks it to give out more golden cards and dust than gold.

Ideally, you want to hit 7-3, which is guaranteed 150g and 1 expert pack, so your run is pretty much free. I average 5 wins though, which is 100g, so that is like buying packs for 50g. Arena is the way to go, but will require a lot of your time.

Sap is good for the reason you just mentioned, but the real beauty of Sap is when you play against Druid and pops out a turn 2-3 Cairne Bloodhooft (4/5 deathrattle, summon a 4/5, 6cc). They can innervate and coin that really fast. Sap can return the card, and make him waste the 2 innervates.

Another if priests buffs a certain minion and turn their minion into 24/24. Yes, it does happen, sap and waste all their buff. It is a very situational card, but I will always have 1 sap on my tempo rogue. Always.

You can opt for assassinate, but that cost 5 mana, and you will end your turn by just killing your opponents minion without you being able to do anything thus giving your opponent the tempo and momentum once again. At 5 mana, you can sap and pop down golem or agent which gives you momentum. Yes, they can put it down again, but the mere fact they had to do the same thing twice in a row sets them back huge.

    Really loving the game.
I am still a noob but I feel I learn every game I play.
    Play arena the most.

This weekend had 3 times four wins with mage.
    Then a 1 win with druid #.

But today got to 5 wins with a paladin #

That's how I started too.. Going to arena for getting the extra dust, gold and sometimes it gives you cards.. It's a great way of learning more about the game also since you'll get to play different cards that are not in your collection..

Wowwwwww this game is absolutely freaking me out. Cause i cannot stop playing it. My favorite is druid. Today i had a fight with a priest. He had 30 health and i had 1 health. Believe me he was a very good player. Then suddenly the game changed i played two ironback protectors in two turns. I won him not because i was better. But because as i have seen so far Druid really dominates after mid-game. For anyone who plays against a druid just do not let him take a breath. Cause if he reaches 10 mana then things get crazy. Wow. Just wow. Crazy stuff.

    location, location.
What tabs said above. I love playing the Rogue and always have at least one Sap card. I also use the Vanish card which returns both players' minions to their hands. Has saved me from certain death a few times!

Well with the two basic cards that are staple on Druid decks such as innervate and wild growth, the Druid doesn't have to wait long in order to bring down scary minions.. He can put down an 8 drop as early as turn 3

Went 7-3 in my best arena ever for my free pally deck. My previous best was 4-3 (similar deck with 1-2 cards added).

Lost to every lock I faced. Felt like arena matches in the MMO back in the day!
