Yup... first was thoughtsteal, the second was mindgames which puts it directly in play i believe. That was one retarded game. LOL... I was actually winning in the early game, til he started plopping down his Ragnaroses (Ragnari?)
Cards with overload allows you to play good cards with lower casting cost. In return, you will not be able to use your mana crystals depending on the overload cost. It kind of gives you an initial advantage, but a disadvantage the next turn. Example. Spirit wolf is 3cc and summons two 2/3 taunt wolves. Overload is (2). Meaning, on your fourth turn, instead of having 4 mana, the 2 will be locked and not usable. This is the overload cost. Come to think of it, two 2/3 taunt minion on turn 3 is really powerful. There mere fact you were able to kill 3, that is an achievement. My main temp rogue only has big game hunter to kill it. LOL.
I'm having a hard time figuring out how to get in a match with people on my friends list in the game. Please help!
I guess that's coz i had a solid start, and had 2 executes and initially a high armor count where shield slam was still good. But then the damage from the first 3 Rags rendered my second shield slam useless, while i could only take tidbits of hp from whirlwinds, slams and cleaves.
Hell take me... I just tried an incomplete ramp druid deck which i tweaked with what i have, and I plopped down a Ironbark Protector when my opponent only has 4 crystals, and i folloed it with Ragnaros the next turn to seal the game.
On your friends list, beside your friend's name (on the right). There will be a highlighted weapon or sword icon. If it is faded, that means your friend is playing. Warriors can answer any threat. I hate playing against them the most. Next warlock, then hunter. Yeah, I'm loving my ramp deck too. Missing 2 epic cards to complete. But I'm saving my dust, Im sure the meta will change a bit once adventure mode is out. I know you cant craft the new cards, but I am still missing a lot cards.
Yes that was the one. I never played MtG, or any game like this and the learning curve for deck building and learninng synergy between cards, and combos is steep. At least i came on board close to the beginning so the amount of cards is manageable, i couldn't imagine trying to pick up the cardboard MtG and compete against people who have collected and played for decades.

I had an awesome match just a few minutes ago, played priest and managed to get lightwarden and clerics early on, then used heal all and got so many passive effects.In turn 3-4 put many cheap units, used healer to heal them all and with passive effects of clerics I had like 10 cards in my deck in turn 4.There was so many effects that stacked that I couldn't even plan what to do, they used most of my turn time it was so crazy.Match was over soon :

Exactly the reason why i always try to take out the clerics asap. They make things go out of hand if unchecked early.
