Yeah, Handlock and Watcher druid can have the same cards (you can try mage watcher, I tried but not so fun due to missing keeper of the grove, you can opt with owl and/or spellbreaker), and sometimes Paladins too. Problem with mage is the lack of good mage specific cards. The only thing good for them right now is the hero power. Mana Wyrm if you can set it up. Flamestrike is mostly just for arena nowadays. Good luck with building your control deck.
Was there an update for this? I'm assuming the update will only show up if I'm logged into NZ App Store. Asking bc for some reason today all the artwork on my cards are missing
Re-start the app. Happens to me when im also streaming a video on the computer and my wife and father in law does on their ipads too. Could just be a sync issue with the servers since you had limited bandwidth during the time when you first connected to teh servers.
I think i got a steady rhythm in progressing in terms of opening packs. I can do one arena run and open a pack at least once a day, i think i'll be fine unlock more and more cards that way. Kinda change a bit of my Warrior midrange deck which turns it into a more combo type of deck. I think it performs a lot werse vs control, but i have beaten some form of hunter rush and warlock rushes consistently. The problem with the deck is that it loses steam when about 10 cards or so are left on the draw pile. Needs a few more win conditions, but i really like the way the deck runs. Not very strong, but very fun to play.
Was just done playing a few games. Some friends just asked me to play some LOL games though. Im sure we could play again next time.
Woh... Today's pack that i opened gave me my third legendary... Unfortunately, it's another King Krush which i converted to dust before. But hey, seems the card gods favor me to provide me with a third Legendary card already. I still gotta thank them for that LOVE.THIS.GAME.
Nice! I don't have any legendaries yet, but I have only been playing for a week. Just curious but how do you fare in the arena? I've only had 2 arena runs, both were pretty bad. I've watched some videos since and have a better grasp for arena now I think. Do you have any general arena tips?
Try to draft a nice curve and just draft the best cards you can get (swipes for druid, fireballs for mage, etc.) Your first runs will be bad but they'll get better as you become more familiar with the game mechanics.
The nice thing is that even if you do terrible in the arena and lose every game you will still get a card pack and a little bit of gold dust.
Anyone here got 12 wins in arena? 11-3 is my record so far. I always bought packs as soon as I got 100 gold, but now I save up for arena. Drafting is a lot of fun and the arena gets you good rewards.
