I go in to the store today to see if they'll replace my screen because it has a dead pixel. Normally companies wont change it because it's only one but it was worth a try. The online support said there isn't a policy for it so just see if they will. I get a really nice guy who couldn't see it until I pointed it out and he just gave me a whole new handset. Like result... now the back isn't all scratched too lol.

It's not Apple, it's really your luck to get a person that will do that for you. My buddy had his screen replaced twice already. Had to visit the store a few times to get "the right person" for help. One guy will tell you to buy a new device and the guy next to him will give you one for free! WTF is that?

I've had really good experiences with Apple stores compared to Best Buy etc...

I had problems with my phone not working as it should and it was 35 days after purchase and they let me exchange for a brand new one! Just friendly service. Most places 30 days and that's it.

    Australia, mate!
Apple are terrible over the phone, but they provide excellent face to face service.

I love how it's all contained. Go to the Apple store, done. With Windows, do I call Toshiba? Which department? Do I call Microsoft? Maybe the software's incompatible with the hardware? Do I call the guy in Hong Kong that provided the parts?
