I really though it was a typo at first. Then I checked and I though it was a rip off of HarvesT Moon. But then I realised it was actually the official name on the AppStore. Is there a story behind this or is this really a typo of the soft launch? macplash Well-Known Member Apr 17, 2014 2,645 1,103 113 Male 3D artist Munich, Germany #4 macplash, Mar 11, 2020 It has to be a typo! Anyway, what’s with the soft launch assumption? It’s available for me so I highly doubt it’d be soft-launched in Europe first. It’s never the case. Seems like full release to me. And the gameplay looks great. Although, I have no previous experience with the Harvest Moon series so I’m kinda hesitant to grab it by impulse. Looks quite childish. I know next to nothing if the franchise but it doesn’t look like they really support their apps with updates which puts me off. macplash Well-Known Member Apr 17, 2014 2,645 1,103 113 Male 3D artist Munich, Germany #11 macplash, Mar 11, 2020 @ste86uk it’s a puzzler. Check gameplay videos on Switch or PS4. If it was farming game, I wouldn’t even consider it. I got Stardew Valley full-filling those needs more than sufficiently. Farming won’t get any better than that. Still haven’t completed Persephone. I’ve got Stardew Valley too and that would be hard to beat. But as a puzzler instead I’ll have to wait for more comments, even if those are good I’m still not sure on the dev with the apps I checked quickly hardly getting any updates over years. macplash likes this. macplash Well-Known Member Apr 17, 2014 2,645 1,103 113 Male 3D artist Munich, Germany #13 macplash, Mar 11, 2020 I’m exactly the same. I stated this multiple times previously throughout this forum. For me it’s borderline OCD although there are some rare occasions I can ignore it and move forward without completing everything. That’s definitely not a good sign. Usually I tend to go back to previously finished game when there’s a new content added after some time. With premium titles I somehow expect future updates. Not only content-wise, but ironing some bugs and whatnot. Because let’s face it - no game’s perfect on its release day. So I get it why you’re hesitant. I am too even though for different reasons. It gives me 'Plant Vs Zombie' vibe although it has a different mechanic/gameplay. - The game is about drag and drop and rotate. I think it's perfect for touch screen. - The music is satisfying. The timing will make you feel a bit pressured. But that's how you can enjoy the game. Again, it's not a relaxing game. - I know I kinda sound very positive about this game.
