I really love this game.
So far I've only had one tie victory so I'm not very good, but this game is so beautiful.

 

I recently purchased a couple of games for my Ipad. I also purchased Harald, cause I figured, why not. But I'm really, really, REALLY loving it. The depth is good, it plays quickly and just feels right.

 

Necro bumping the thread just to say I grabbed the game on sale for 1 dollar and damn!!!! I really REALLY like it!!! How I missed it????

Two cons are no X optimization and the usual dumb async implementation (you have to be both online for starting the game).

Other than that...awesome game.

Anyone fancy an async game?
(Keep in mind I have to win a game so you are up for an easy one).


EDIT: I take back con number 2. If you invite a friend in your friends list, you can exit the game without worries even if he didn’t accept it yet.

 

I absolutely love this game. Though I have been playing it for almost two years I have NEVER won a single match against the AI. I’ve come close though.
Can’t wait for this and Jaipur to be X optimized.

 

Fancy an async game?
For some reason I can’t get notifications to work despite having said yes to ‘do you want notifications?’ And everything being ok in the iPhone notifications panel.

I joined it, and it’s your turn. It’s one of those real-time multiplayer games or one where you take a turn and I get notified?

 

I’m going in right now.
I set it up as an async game (you can choose live or async) but unfortunately notification aren’t working for me (even if the game asked for notifications permission) and for some reason I niticed that games are deleted from server after around 4 hours of inactivity.
I wrote Asmodee about these issues.

 

Well, if you take a turn, I can always check refularly if notifications aren’t working....

 

This kinda reminds me why I refunded it - I was up for getting it again if you were going to manage async play. Great little game but I refunded to send a vote to Asmodee that their MP implementation (nearly) always sucks

 

I still love this game as a go-to for a quick round or two. I still just can’t win. Anyone have any strategies?
I think I rely too much on seafarer and bard points?

Yeah Assmodee removed a couple of games, don’t know exactly which ones because i did not own them all, but i know of this one and Mr Jack pocket
