I wasn't able to recreate that issue on my own devices unfortunately, so I'm not sure if this will or not. But here's hoping!
The snow biome is pretty cool and the ability to continue is very convenient. Unfortunately, I too have the bug where I cannot restore purchases and tapping on the flashing "get more coins" text is non responsive. Not to mention, the game now crashes on startup unless I launch it first right after a reboot. Subsequent launches start crashing again. I hope this gets fixed, intentionally or not, through the next update. Not going to reinstall and lose my progress (lvl 39) so that's not an option. Here's hoping.
Thank you for having an option to turn off the head bobbing! That was giving me a serious headache. A couple of times I've started a level and found all the chests, pillars and exit are already marked on the minimap (although not the paths) and the chests are empty. Is that a bug? I wish there was the option of permanent weapons because it seems kind of a crapshoot if you get one out of a chest. I'm not quite sure what I'm supposed to do in those situations when I don't have a weapon and I don't find one the entire level -- just avoid the monsters? I keep dying before I reach Level 10 so I'm not sure how long I'll continue playing, but this is neat. It reminds me a lot of playing Wolfenstein 3D, back in the day.
Ok that restore bug looks like its fixed in the update that is about to hit right now. I'll be posting the update notes in a few....

Not sure if its been mentioned but after a run when i click the 'watch an ad to receive 100 coins' button i get the coins without an ad being shown. Im not on airplane mode or anything... Not really complaining about the free coins but I dont mind watching the ad to give the CM crew some money. Edit: by the way im running ios 9.3.1 on iphone 6, game fully updated. Hope that helps.
No i dont think so, unless i did it when i first installed the game and forgot. 'Remove ads' is still available in the shop, would it be gone if i had? Is there some way to tell other than trying to purchase it?
For me it's gone so if you bought it you shouldn't see it. Not sure why you're getting the free coins then.
I can't remember but keep in mind the AppStore always presents you with the price of what you're buying and asks for authorization before charging your account.
