I think this is pretty subjective since liking to games subject to personal taste of individuals. So my opinion may not be exactly what you feel. Maybe I'll put it this way. If you like or enjoy twin stick shooters, very likely you will enjoy this. And this is definitely some high quality production (apply to both games). It might not be up to the level of the actual Halo games but a pretty good spin off in the same universe. So if you have not play Halo games, this might be a good place to experience it. If you have played Halo games on Xbox then this might not be up to your expectation. But still a good game for Halo fans on the move. Personally I already drop $10 for the bundle. And I think it is worth it from my pov. That's what I can say and hope it helps you make up your mind.
Using touch. I don't usually like top down games and I dual controls I usually don't buy the game because it has to be done right as I have large thumbs but this is perfect for me. The controls really feel like they are an extension of myself. These games are a steal especially with no IAP.

$10 for both games is a steal! Provided you have the money. I really enjoyed the first one on my MS tablet before I sold it. I am a bit surprised it shows the sequel file size is smaller. I hope it doesn't mean the game is shorter :/ I just bought the bundle regardless. Time to clear up some space!
The first one was epic. Not to much depth but some fun missions consisting of "kill all enemies in x time" or "collect the x and make it to x in time. There were different load outs and stuff it was pretty fun. Also co op on the Xbox one. The first was a great game so I'm hoping this one is to. This one seems to have more missions? I believe the description says 30 missions. I'm def going to double dip and get the bundle.
I'm only slightly annoyed at the icon. Why one says halo and the other doesn't? They're both Halo? Either put Halo on them both or not.. I'd prefer just the helmets as it'd look great. It has nothing to do with the amazing gameplay but it just seems weird when you release two at the same time and they don't even look uniform.
not that I am aware of. the sequel Spartan Strike is definitely a SP game. As for Assault, I think on the console version there is a 2 player coop. But I dont think it is on the mobile version. At least not that I have seen it on the option unless I overlook or missing something here.
