What?! How on earth?? I can't get passed 300 haha that's insane Really fun game though guys love how the crowd build up the further you get
Inverts (handplants) make a lot of points. Quickflips also, although they're really hard to pull off once your skater has built up speed. And yeah, I love the crowd too! I hope the game gets ReplayKit integration soon!
Ah hand plants! Didn't even know you could do that! Are there any other tricks besides that and quickflips?
You can do a grind by tapping as soon as you land. And tap at the center of the halfpipe to do a 180 slide, then you can pull fakie tricks (quickflip, 360, 720, etc).
Ah, thanks! I figured out the quick flip by accident, and started trying taps at different times to see if there were more tricks, but came up with nothing. Now that I know about these, the game has become so much more enjoyable. Enjoyable enough to buy the no-ads option.
Glad it helped! And for handplants tap when you're almost at the top of the halfpipe. I think the devs left this out of the tutorial so people would discover tricks on their own, but I'm afraid many will just get bored before they figure anything out. Haha I'm really enjoying it as a high score chaser, and I had some extra time to practice during the beta test period
I wish the money doubler from the IAP worked across all skaters, not just the stadium guy. The fun of acquiring money comes from playing as each new skater as you unlock them, but the stadium guy makes the others obsolete. I could, of course, just not use him, but that feels like I'm wasting my IAP.
I hate games which desperately force the player to watch ads... There are way smarter ways to integrate video ads, Crossy Road for example. Offer the user something for them. Besides of that, fun little game for which I even bought the ad remover.
There's an update! The developers were listening! You can now select any skater in any venue and double cash works in every venue! Really awesome! There's also a tricks list too Billy
A couple of times I got the game to enter some sort of slow-motion/bullet-time and the screen turned all green, but I never knew what to do next or what triggered it. I'm curious too, but it's been a while I haven't played the game. Maybe it's time I get back to it...
I'm about to dig into it now. I'm happy to see the game get a nice update. I was afraid it never would. This is one of my favorite games. Billy
Thanks for all the feedback and love for the game. We've been working on that update for quite sometime and wanted to release it along with the android version... we have our own engine and had anticipated around 2 months for the port, well welcome to 6+ months later. But at least we got it done Smash Fu next!
It was well worth the extra time. You really took this to the next level. Man it looks fantastic on iPhone 7! Can't wait to see what you do to Smash Fu!
