I guess some people will really like the idea, the devs clearly did, but it feels to me like something a lot of people will bounce straight off, but those who like it will love it. We’ve seen a few occurrences of this bug and we’re hoping the build we submitted to the App Store today will fix it. Apple hasn’t finished the review yet though so if you want to uninstall the game and reinstall it, that has fixed the issue for the other players who had the same problem. But to be honest, like the previous poster, I also struggled a lot with the controls – even after turning “Assist Mode” on. I’ve realised the key to that is studying the dots left by taps after each run. Coloured dots show polarity changes and white dots for trajectory. Make small adjustments next try. Gutsy looks like one of those quick casual games which swamp the AppStore but it sure ain’t. Even so, 30 minutes practice will get you in the groove. No need for Assists. We also added new hint and skip systems to help those stuck in the game without a way to move on to new levels. If you haven't tried the game before or had previously found yourself at a loss for how to progress, we'd love for you to give Gutsy the Guinea Pig a try today!
