How's everyone doing with all the achievements? I've got about 200 points so far, and there are a few hidden ones I haven't cracked yet.
Have submitted 1.2 to apple review. Here's the patch notes. Mostly bugfixes + loading screen tips. - loading screen now has helpful tips! - on tablets, loot cards after battle are a nicer size - added link to rating on title screen - added message asking you to clear up space if you hit the Adobe AIR bug that stops game saving when your device has under 400mb free space - fix for no barracks card appearing when first running game - fixed mime discard prompt remaining after battle - fixed crash when opening previously cleared questline - fix for battle cards in wrong position when changing layouts - fixed occasional crash on Tile.clearHighlightCache
Awesome on the patch, though given I just finished the game, was hoping for the new content heh. Ended quicker than I thought given there was more map to uncover and I had only unlocked a third of the tier 3 stuff. Great game!
Yep, happy to see the patch, but I've also just cleared the main campaign. Will we get iCloud saving at any point? Thinking about clearing some space on the phone - at least until the campaign addition comes. Super game, by the way. Great craic.
I love the game but I keep losing save files due to the air bug. I have plenty of storage as well. This is the 2nd time I lost my saved game. That's 20 hours lost so I'm out. Unfortunately I won't play it again even if it gets fixed. I don't like starting from scratch.
It actually loses the file? I haven't heard of that happening to anyone before. What device and os version are you playing on?
Yes, that still happens. Will look at it when we get a chance (it's not straightforward because we use Adobe AIR)
The text is still being chopped off for the main character when he's positioned at the top of the screen and right before he executes a move. Also, Gambrinous, I never heard a reply about being able to zoom in on the map at some point with an update. Also, the cards are still quite blurry in my iPhone 6s Plus. Nevertheless, I appreciate the effort you've made to come here and discuss these issues with us. Thank you.
Ah, thought we had fixed that issue with the speech bubble. Thanks for letting me know. Zoom on pinch is something we're going to look at. Also want to improve some more screens for phone layouts, if we get time to. The battle screen looks good on your phone right? Those cards look ok?
Crash worse than before After latest update, the app crash every two minutes... Cant even play the game now... The visual look good though I'm using ipad 4, ios 9.3.2 Sorry for bad english...
Finished the game, and while not perfect, definitely exceptional; really enjoyed it. While the crashes were annoying. They were infrequent, and otherwise, I had no technical issues. Looking back, a few things that would, have made the game more enjoyable: Im sure most will find it an appalling notion, but would gladly have paid IAP for some healing potions. I might even consider paying extra for "beacons", to override dungeoneers tendency to wander off point. As a fountain effect, "conceal" felt OP, and there needs to be an available counter; perhaps an offhand light source, etc. While anecdotal, Dungeoneers don't feel ballanced (compared to peers), with obvious standouts at each level: Bruiser, Ranger, and Troubador respectively. These all have one thing in common: damage output. While novel and very table-top-like, placement of dungeon tiles seems trivial, and due to limited hand size, often frustrating. Game would have been just as enjoyable had dungeons been pregenerated, perhaps a few cards to create secret passage/shortcuts, but the tile placement, in general, while neat, had limited strategic depth. These are nitpicks, game was so great. Look forward to more ... The upper left map,is glaringly vacant
Hey, I assume you left the one star review on the AppStore because the dev hasn't answered your feedback, on this forum. That's one of the most entitled, vindictive moves I've seen in 20+ years of game development. It's FEEDBACK, in a forum that he is under no obligation to monitor (yet does anyway), and you call the guy dodgy? Yes the game could use improvements, but if I was this dev I'd give you a refund and send you on your way. I wouldn't want your money. That's not the way to get dev to respond to your feedback. Perhaps looking for a more direct line of communication for a start. I really wish Bioware hadn't caved to the crybabies, it's opened the door for players to hold developers hostage with 1-star reviews
Troubadour? Nah, artificer was by far my favourite third tier character, followed by the mathemagician. Definitely agree about the bruiser and ranger though!
