Getting the same as Thumbs. IPad mini bought 2014. And as just mentioned above, about 1 in 10 frequency.
Unfortunately the iPad mini 1 is below our min spec to run the game. Sorry We added a note to the store page to say not to buy it, but apple doesn't let us filter out by device
Hey Gambrinous. I didn't see it mentioned yet, but when I touch a location that's been completed on the map, I get an error message saying, "An error has occurred 1009 at guild state open quest." I just wanted to report that. Also, I wanted to ask if it's possible to add a pinch to zoom function. I think that'd make reading the text much easier. I'm not sure what the limitations of using Adobe AIR might be. Thanks in advance for your response. I'm using an iPhone 6s Plus with the latest os, by the way.
Closed the game after winning a quest. Open the game later, and my save is wiped. Sadface. iPhone 5s.
Almost certainly you just need to free up space on your phone. There's a bug in adobe AIR when we try to save/load (our tiny file); breaks if you don't have at least 400mb free space. Bizarre, but we're trying to work around it.
Really love this game!!! I am so glad this is on my phone!!! No real complaints but I will say that the cards look a little blurry. I know the art is hand drawn & has pencil look but this isn't that...just not clear. Either way, gameplay rules the day & this is awesome. Anybody else agree?
I'm playing on an iPad Pro 9.7 and the loot cards you gain after defeating a monster, the ones that you cycle through on the bottom, do appear blurry as if they were enlarged from their original smaller size (which they probably are). Except for these, all's good. I'm enjoying the game as well, fairly early on though. So far it's very original and clever.
You get that on iPhone 6S too including the battle cards as well. Not a massive problem but they do stand out against the higher resolution backgrounds.
Really like the game, unfortunately lost my progress after the update; luckily didn't progress much so i'll just start again. Iphone 6 updated to last ios.
What happened? If you are hitting the white screen on load bug, it will work if you free up at least 400mb of space
I updated and then when loaded i clicked on continue, i saw in the file there was some message but didn't read it and when it loaded it was a new game;i think there might have been some error notification but was already through before realising it. no big deal as i had not spent a lot of time...i will now though!
OK. I think you may have hit new game instead of load. There's a 'this will overwrite' warning in the save slot in the next screen (though otherwise they do look the same)
@gambrinous, I'm assuming you know about this bug already? If not, I'll give as many details as I can. iPhone 6 - iOS 9.3.2 Looks like most missions I can not do further than where I was when it started happening. I think it happened right after finishing quest 3 of Firelord adventure? Sometime shortly after unlocking my first 500 hero (Ranger) Let me know if you need console logs or any other info I can get for you.
Thanks - we do know about that one. It happens if you open a previously-beaten questline. Fix ready for next patch (might be ready in the next couple days)
We're adding tips to the loading screen... anything I'm forgetting here? "Don't worry if things go wrong in a dungeon, there's always more dungeoneers!", "Dungeoneers always start at Level 1 with no equipment on each new dungeon run", "Stuck on a quest? Try a dungeoneer whose strengths help against the monsters in that quest", "Sometimes you won't draw the right cards. Keeping your deck lean can help!", "Damage can be physical or magical. Pay attention to which one your enemies are using", "Getting wrecked by magical attacks? Try a dungeoneer with magic blocks, or use equipment that grants them", "Equipment gives you skills like Fire or Armour. Each rank in a skill gives you a particular card", "Combine equipment with the same skills to get the best cards. The level 4 cards are epic!", "Some bosses chase you. Maybe you can slow them down?", "Your dungeoneer can move twice if the first room they enter is empty and they have been there before", "Lure your dungeoneer with treasure. Higher value treasure is even more tempting!", "Dungeoneers tend to move towards monsters the same level as them", "Level 1 monsters only drop level 1 loot. Fight harder monsters for nicer equipment!", "When you unlock new loot cards for your guild, you will find them in future dungeon runs", "Dungeoneers level up and gain a heart when they beat a monster their level or higher", "Successful dungeoneers gain up to two battle scars. Scars can change their behaviour or skills.", "Watch out for unblockable attacks! They go right through your blocks", "Monsters attack first, unless you use a quick attack!", "Good news! The graveyard can fit an infinite amount of dungeoneers. You monster.", "No dungeoneers were harmed in the creation of these tips"
Good stuff! Ranged attacks first too, of course. Does the load screen last long enough to read these? Most games I play never have the tips up long enough to even read.
