I'm hooked, can't stop playing! I love the idea of the magic tile that suddenly turns all your mana tiles into damage. There are a lot of really refreshing ideas at work here.
It's hard to argue that the audio in the game is not "inspired" by FF7, but good match-3 games come along so few and far in between now that I decided to willfully overlook that.
Hi, I'm a developer. The sound effects that you mentioned, now we check and agree that they sound similar to sound effects in our game but we did't mean to steal them. Our game has both paid and free sound effects that some of them we didn't check their source properly so there might be some mistakes. We will change the sound effects right away and sorry for this issue.

I'm quite enjoying it so far but I really don't like the fact that the only way to defeat the first boss is to use consumable gems. I hope this isn't something that is going to happen again and it was just a demonstration of what they were for .
I haven't used a single gem outside of the tutorials yet, did not feel the need to grind before the first boss either. I just used one potion and that was enough. I'm at the Panther Cave right now.
"It's also very important to upgrade your gear and level up in the right areas." Yes for me too. At first I forgot to upgrade by myself after I tried once following the tutorial. Then I learned it and it helps a lot.
Yep I've just done the second (frog) battle with no need for gems so happy days. Unfortunately I'm now stuck with no idea where to go next.... The path to the right of the frog isn't connected and I can't go north because I haven't got the rope. Any tips appreciated please!
I'm pretty sure you get the rope near the first set of holes you find, it's the screen below that one. The map is pretty straigtforward, if you look around a little you should be able to find it.
I've just realised that you can walk over tiles with holes in them..... Thought you needed the rope to actually pass them!
Really enjoying this. Just got the Spoiler torch after beating the Spoiler mushroom boss . Great stuff so far. That boss music is killer, too.

Hit my first wall. I'm at the Spoiler Swamp Monster boss in Spoiler Swamp Bottom 3 . They have the annoying Spoiler "can't be hit by melee" status, and I can't do nearly enough damage Spoiler before my air runs out . I'm using the ability Spoiler convert melee tiles to ranged ones to help, but it's not enough. I have the full Spoiler pirate equipment (strongest for my level), and I'm level 28, with level 10 melee and ranged, plus gem upgrades. So far, grinding, upgrading my equipment, and using an appropriate ability has gotten me past the bosses. I'm not seeing a way though this one, though.
