I guess so. Must have missed it... I'm gallivanting around with my new skeleton key opening all those gates, so maybe I'll find it (not saying I think it's behind one of those gates).
Found it and definitely agree with you both (I just couldn't believe there was a tile that did that). I was grinding the steal achievement along the way, which took *forever*, but now I'm all about speed.
When do you unlock the final gear upgrade/purchase option? I've just got to the demon gate after defeating the kraken and I haven't come across it yet....
It's instant death unless the enemy is immune to death, so it can lead to encounters that last maybe 5-10 seconds, ideal for grinding. You will unlock the final set a few screens further from where you are.
Cheers for that - I'm about to fight the behemoth now and I've still not come across it - does that mean I've missed it?? It's quite easy to miss things in dark areas.....
We used only regular Teammates to adjust the balance of the game so don't worry if you didn't buy the Extra Teammates. To grind faster, you can pick easier maps such as Demon World, Desert and Underwater. If you still find it's too much grinding, we might need to recheck the balance here. Regarding the bundle packs, we made them one time offers ,of course, there're pros and cons. Thank you for your feedback. We're working on fixing and improving this issue.
So at what point does the game make the "one time offers" and what are they? I've just gotten to the sewer boss and yet to see one...
They are special price Teammate bundle packs. Maybe quite a while from the Sewer. The first offer pops up around Volcano maps.
I haven't read the whole thread so sorry if this has already been mentioned. I'm fighting the Tree Ent (lv 70 boss) and every time it attacks me the whole screen goes blank. I can still activate things if I know where to tap but I can't see any of the tiles. Exiting and restarting the game and continuing brings it back, but I can't do that over and over for the whole length of the battle! Is there any workaround? I'm on iPad Air 2, latest iOS.
I tried the Tree Ent battle again and avoided the problem. I think it occurred when my Golem was sleeping and then I got hit by the Tree Ent's attack. When I refought the battle, I never let the Golem get hit and go to sleep, so I avoided the problem perhaps?
I have the opposite problem. When I'm swiping, if I go just slightly out of bounds then the game sometimes views that as completing my path and does a partial match of tiles. In a long boss fight I pretty often have at least one disaster this way, if I'm not being extra careful.
