Haha...congrats. What level were you? I haven't gotten there yet. Been busy. I'm at level 81...probably ready
I couldn't add an attachment in the TA app but safari works, so here's my guts. After getting the last skill I'm not finding crossbows worth it to invest in. I just use magic or the wind sword tile. swords and defense seem the way to go late game...you get enough defense and you can block boss attacks with the legendary tiles...sometimes you are In a pinch with your dodge skills. I've never used one of the clocks in a battle though. It seems it would make things too easy? I never think of it.
You'll find an item quite a bit later. Just use your map and mark a ? On that spot to come back to it when you have a necklace. Also, there are secret paths...the signs mention something about that one, but others will take an item to help you see...
I just arrived at this part. I think you might have forgotten that the horn summons enemies, using it on that screen gives you at least one enemy not blocked by the Spoiler Kraken .
Thanks. I was lvl76 so you are ready I'm sure. I agree and did the same way but defense lv max and ranged lvl11. I didn't use clock too but my friend thinks of it as a part of strategy and seemed happy when planned to use them during the battle so either way is fine I think.
I've actually been hoarding all my upgrade points and avoiding purchasing new equipment as long as I can just so I don't spec into the wrong stat or buy the less useful equipment.
I bet you don't expect to find Thai people here, maybe I'm the only one. XD If you need help with writing or translation into English in some future games, I'm happy to help. With a generous rate, of course. 555
Yeah I would tend to hold onto a few extra for a boss fight, to see what might be more handy. But as you level up you get more and more points per level so...I would say up until level 10 and 15 it's best to distribute pretty evenly for all the different scenarios. However, defense is good to always go first, because you need it no matter what kind of attack. For a while, crossbows are really great...when you have the skill to turn all the swords into bows. It lets you do massive damage in one turn...you can easily set it up that 80% or more of your board is crossbows...add the transform ability to make those x4 crossbows and critical hits...you don't need to worry about binding dodgy enemies or flying ones either. This is very handy at times. However, when you are ready to cross the demon gate the swords are much more valuable...each level up or upgrade in your sword means about 30,000 damage! Being able to inflict more da,age with skills when you have haste and higher mana points and recovery rocks.
Does anyone have a strategy against the Kraken ? I try full physical with special big attack, I try crossbow critical... but each time I can't avoid the big attack, timers don't refresh on defense techniques.
Try Spoiler Whirlwind, Invisible, Remove, Magic Shield for skills, Spoiler 3 mana, lightning, protect, 4 shields for special tiles, Spoiler MP boost, HP boost, stun block, lucky for booster tiles and lv 20 Golem. I was able to get through it on my first try. Make sure to go into with battle with full mp, your skills charged and your teammates' skill charged.
I can't go with full MP / skill etc... The boss appears behind me. So I can't fight any mobs to fully charge. Not a problem, I will just miss 3 or 4 turns. Lightning is useless as Stun block, the boss is magic immune and his crush with block deal 4200 dmg. I prefer block his 2400 sleeping.
I'm not sure but I think It's a different one. That one, Touch Arcade staff pick by themseves but this one for forums' members to vote. Sure, I will let you know if we need help.
