GTA iphone finally confirmed

So anybody think it'll come out at midnight?

Well, Gamespot actually has their own iPhone team. We only helped them get started and will possibly continue providing content in the future.

 

They must have forgotten to take it off the opening paragraph, but under "Sept. 20th" it used to say (PSP, iPhone) and now it only says (PSP).

 

I don't think it is likely. If by some random chance it comes out today, it will likely be in the afternoon. That is just a wild guess though.

Is it possible that if for some miracle GTACW iPhone releases without ANY major gaming site knowing about it? Sure but I'm not holding my breath.

 

Damn. I was getting pretty excited for this too... ah to hell with it.

 

I thought I heard from somewhere that the game would come around right near the PSP release? (same week?).

Who knows, Rockstar barely posted info on the PSP port, just some screenshots and one new trailer. Also some info.

As long as it comes out in October, I'm happy...

 

I really hope the GTA CW comes out for the iPhone soon or whether it is even being ported.
It seems like they pushed back the release date for the PSP version to 23rd October instead of 20th, wonder what happened.

 

Well, I'm not sure about the release on psp, but gta gaming's news feed a while back said the iPhone version and the psp version will be coming out around the same time. I'm not sure how credible gtagaming is, but I guess they're legit. I'd give a link again but I'm using my iPod touch and I need to go to school.

That's good news. Maybe we can get the iPhone version this week. So many good games coming out. Rock Band, Command & Conquer, GTA: Chinatown Wars and Eliminate.
