Grimvalor game+ mode after completion

I've 100% every stage with the dude.
I'm now on act 2 game plus mode
I've beat the executioner and the other boss where theres loads of the fu#kers and the damn doors are still locked. Has anyone else experienced this because its rly frustrating as its bloody hard to reach this point and now I'm just stuck running around with nowhere to go

 

Its ok realised they dont open anymore I'm now stuck on last boss act 3 Jesus its hard
