I was going to post before and after pics but I can't seem to upload more than one per post so ill do that some other time.
If you go into the input menu for the game, whether it be The Simpsons or TMNT, you have to set up a direction (holding the joystick in that direction) plus the coin button for each character to be able to choose them. So for example in TMNT, Leonardo would be left+coin; Donatello would be right+coin; Michelangelo would be up+coin; and Raphael would be down+coin. Now you can select whichever character you want just by using that button combination.
Could anybody please tell me whether the Steelseries Free controller works with Gridlee MAME? Sorry if this has been asked before, I couldn't find anything on the subject with search.

Which street fighter III third strike rom are people people getting to run? I have tried several with no luck...all I keep getting is that missing files message.
romset 139 or u1? haven't used in a long time... can someone tell me if Rom Set v0.139 works or do you need some 0.139u1 update romset? I'm thinking 0.139 works and the U1 is just a small romset update for a few roms? thanks for any support
It's definitely against App Store rules. You can't publish an app that allows third party code to run inside of it. Emulators are banned. This one is just hidden, but anyone can access the roms folder.
You can actually access any folder within any app, not just gridlee. I don't see that as being a valid argument for removing it from the app store. I can see someone complaining about the IP rights, but if he got permission to use the emulator and the game then that should be fine. The reason the first emulator was removed was due to a complaint from the guy who owns the mame rights if i'm not mistaken.
That and the first one was just straight up an emulator. If that we're to continue existing we would have emulators for the other systems.
Those mods look beautiful JWM2 good lord! Yeah as a guide to getting Gridlee working its good. The advice there for getting roms is both against this forum's rules and also wrong, though. So that's a problem. Risking moderator wrath and giving people a bum steer at the same time ugh lol.
I get terrible performance on my iPhone 4. Games run super slow and the audio is messed up. They do work, just badly. Any way to improve performance on an iPhone 4?
I play on an iPad 3, which obviously have a better performance, but I'll still hazard a guess that a lot of games you haven't tried yet will work fine with no slowdown or bad audio. I've run into the problem occasional, though, and most of the time I can fix it using the Speed Hack available in the option screen. Press "Coin" and "Start" simultainiusly to bring up the option menu, and experiment with the different Speed Hacks until you get a decent frame rate and no audio issues.
Mostly works with 139 base. I've had to change the names of a couple of clones, but nothing serious so far.
