If you cant wait and are extreme at having to have it, go for it but in all honesty I dont pay more than 2 bucks for apps. I would say put it in your appshopper wishlist (if you have one) and wait for it to inevitably go on sale for 99c again. I m just a cheap ass gamer and when so many apps go on sale for 99c and free I am hesitant to go all in when they are full price. Definitely worth 1-2 bucks tho.

    Slap Fight

I managed to get most games working, but there's just one I realy want and can't seem to get to work: SLAP FIGHT

    Anyone tried it? :(

Would you be so kind as to be more specific in how you achieve this?
I've been playing around with it, and is having big trouble adjusting the sensitivity controls.

    I'm in this option screen:

To me, it's very confusing, but I've tried fiddling with it, assigning a button to decrease and another to increase sensitivity on the analog joystick.
Can't feel any difference in the games. I press the assigned buttons, and nothing happens.

A bigger issue for me, is how to get back to the default values "(N/A)" if and when I make a mistake...
I know you can un-assign buttons by pressing "exit", but some have the value N/A, and I can't choose that value anywhere...

It would be much appreciated if you could make a small tutorial on how to change joystick sensitivity, preferable with a couple of screenshots?

    You mean this one:

You just need the right ROM..

Expect a PM later. I'm not near my PC right now, so I you'll have to wait a bit.
In writing this on my iPad.

Could have done better but I got a phone call and didn't get a chance to play my last life. I wish there was a pause button on this thing. Lol.

I don't think those are official neo geo games.

I decided to buy an external control. What's the best! and which of them support this app (Gridlee) without problem!?. I have an iPhone 5.

    Nice going!
I've bettered my results a bit, but I can't beat your score. Yet.. :)

It's a hard game to score well in, after the first level it's random which one is next, so it's harder to prepare yourself. Memorizing levels is much harder.
But it's a blast playing this one. :)

Regarding pausing the game, it's possible. Just tap the "Options" button, and the game will pause.

Not exactly, but were having a bit of fun posting scores on our favorite games. Anyone up for beating the scores are welcome.

Just post a screenshot of your score.

    :)

Gridlee supports iCade and iCade compatible controllers.
Also it support the upcoming iMpulse controller, which looks very nifty. I might get one of them myself.

I own the original iCade myself, and it's great with the iPad.
They have a couple of other controllers more suited for the iPhone, but I'm not sure they've got any that fit the iPhone 5.

There's a pretty good controller that fits every iOS device, the iCade 8 Bitty:

That's the one most suited for you I think. At least until April when this one is released:

Metal slugs are working fine on my iPad 3. Having issues with turning in asteroids though.
