What do you mean, can't get them to run? If it's the rom image error red box, find a different version of the rom.

For Genesis, look into Mega Play and Mega-Tech. Similar to NES Play choice and they work well on my iPhone 5. Good amount of games.

I haven't found a good Super Famicon Box rom set yet to get super mario world working....

Me neither, I have got super mario world running using a bios for the Nintendo Super System though. The sound on it is broken however.

Okay well I have an iPhone 4 running ios 6.0.1. And I just can't seem to get this to work. I have installed the app able to play gridlee. I then have downloaded multiple roms from rom-world, I have used both iFunbox and iExplorer and drop and dragged the rom files in there zip folders to the roms folder under documents. I then disconnect the iPhone run the app and nothing. I have deleted it from the multi task bar and retried, syncing with iTunes, re installed it, turn off and turn back on I seriously don't know why it isnt installing to the game. And i have 6gb free of space

you put a folder in the roms folder for the game that needs the chd so ie you need it for game1.zip then make a folder in the roms folder call it same name as the .zip (rom) game1 and put the chd file in there...at least thats how you do it on mame for pc so im guessing its the same.

Just a heads up for those people having problems running Neo Geo games. You may wonder why your FBA roms don't work, or even previous Mame roms for iMame4All...

Long story short, you need the MAME versions, not the Neo Geo versions. I didn't think there was a difference until every set I tried failed and wasted nearly 3 hours :O

Does Mortal Kombat 2 run good anyone's ipad retina? It runs on mine but its really choppy. First MK seems to be running sluggish as well. First one runs a lot better on iMAME for me. Anyone able to run the Mortal Kombats at a good frame rate?

The iPad 3 really isn't much faster than the iPad 2, IMO.
The extra CPU and GPU of the iPad 3, is pushing a sweat, just to drive all the extra pixels, not to make any apps faster - in fact, many apps ran a tad slower, when I had mine(before I sold it).
MK2 runs buttery smooth on the iPhone 5, so I guess it's only the latest generation of devices, which will see most games that do run, run optimally.

Sega Rally Championship runs on the iPhone 5, but at a very slow, pace, as it's a 3D-intense, 1995 arcade game. I'd love to know how it runs on the iPad 4!

Yeah I had run gridlee I found the problem it was that I didn't keep the original name and it hasnt been specified at all, its all good though thanks for the help. Only problem now is that it say missing game file of the rom or something for all the games I've tried

Tried it on my iPhone 5 and its a lot smoother. Strange to me that MK doesn't run that good with gridlee but runs great with iMAME

Mk 1, 2 and 3 all play excellent on my iPad 4 with no speed increase hacks. Heck, I'm even able to get Mk 4 to run (with the speed hack), but it's still not really playable. The cheat menus are awesome for these too. I make sure to flip the switch that makes the CPU always perform a fatality on you whenever they win. Might as well right? :D

I was wondering if anyone knows if the iCade Core has any problems with this version of iMame or if it's having issues (or if it's great). I've been tossing around the idea of getting an iCade and the Core looked pretty sweet since I could pop it in my backpack or something when I go to my friend's or when I travel. But in the end, I just want a joystick to play my 3rd gen iPad with. I was on the fence before, but now that I can play Windjammers, Samsho, and Darkstalkers, I really want an iCade now. I just wanted to know if the Core works well or if I should just get the regular iCade.

    Thanks!
