Thank you. Posting links forces the mods to authenticate what is legal and what is not and frankly we don't have the time to do that and in cases like this, we really can't. Thank you for understanding and your PM's are your business.
Not completly true. I am a big pinball fan and know of the decals you are talking about. Guess what a lot of producers of those decals got a c&d letter from the rights owner. The decals being sold now pay a lisence fee to the rights owner.
Just to be clear, is it still okay to keep roms when you own the original ? Hypothetical example - I have several SNES classics that I play via emulator. The only roms I keep are where I own the game already. This used to be okay both legally and morally as I understood it. Has the situation changed ? Any info kindly appreciated. I snagged this but I doubt I will ever load a rom onto it as there is too much stuff waiting to be played anyway. I picked up IMame and never loaded a rom on it ! Lol. I was lucky enough to get the Dos emulator too that I've never used. At least with that the titles I would potentially play I own so no piracy involved. Please excuse me if my question is not allowed to be asked here. It seems like if anyone jailbreaks or uses roms in an emulator the community assumes they are a pirate. I'm not jailbroken btw, just thought I'd drop that in because I don't want to be tarred and feathered !
Sorry from my side too. I thought that since Gaelco had given World Rally Championship for free to everyone, it was okay to post a link to their webpage, but I understand you mods cannot filter what is legal and what is not. I stand corrected and you won't see more links from my side
Street fighter 3rd Strike I've just installed this game and waited for the game to 'rewrite' which took a lot longer than 25 minutes. More like about 45 minutes. Once it loaded it ran very slow, but with the very very fast speed hack it now runs near perfect. Edit: just exited and restarted the game. It just needed to 'read the cd rom' this time which only took a few seconds. I had to reapply the speed hack as the emu doesn't seem to remember the settings.
Seems like nearly 100% of the problems people are having getting this to work is that they're using roms not compatible with Mame .139u1 Using ifunbox i dragged and dropped a Mame .139u1 friendly rom of Pac-Man 25th anniversary edition, closed down Gridlee (in the background as well) and when i restarted it brought me to the Mame menu.
K... anyone know how to fix this? So far... I've done everything I can; Completely removed iTunes, QuickTime, Bonjour and Apple Mobile Device Services from my computer, rebooted, re-installed iTunes, didn't finish until I hooked up my iPad, and it installed the AMDS driver, then hit finish... I've copied iTunesMobileDevice.dll to the iExplorer folder (copied - not moved, leaving the original .dll file in the Common Apple folder) I've made sure that everything is up to date - iTunes, everything on my PC, my iOS is 6.0.1, all of the iExplorer files are the most recent ones - my device is NOT jailbroken though I'm sure that doesn't matter for this... I've searched and searched the web trying to find out what is wrong, and these are the only solutions I've found - tried - and failed with. If anyone has any idea how this can be fixed... I"m all ears. I have searched and searched through Google, I've been working on this for... 7 hours now... I'm on the verge of just giving up. It's been a total pain in the ass. ***and for anyone who's going to say 'Just use iFunBox' Here's the error I get for it; and yes, I am using the latest version... blah blah blah, I've done everything I've done for iExplorer, neither of them work. I've also tried iPhoneBrowser (won't even boot up) and iPad File Explorer - which doesn't give you access to all of the folders.
Unfortunately, no. There are many free and legal roms for download out there like those on the mame site.
