I haven't seen it mentioned here, but will GRID support Apple TV too like F1 (which is my current favorite driving game)?
We're not ready to announce official device support, but... let's face it, your brand new iPad Pro is bound to deal with GRID Autosport beautifully. # We don't have any info on Apple TV to share, but we're absolutely listening to all your requests. By the way, I don't know who here was watching our mobile game designers stream Total War on iPad yesterday (the recording is on Twitch), but... did you see their installed apps? See screenshot attached.
I dipped in and out of the twitch stream, looking forward to Alexander release as well. An installed GRID app, you tease!
I meant more in the way of better visuals compared to a lower device. Kinda like Oceanhorn having different visuals for more powerful devices compared to a few years ago device.
That's another part of the equation I was hoping to know a little about. What benefits will the newest devices give to the game?
Man I think you guys are wanting way too much from the developers?I am still sitting here like looking at video/screenshots and wondering how it's possible to bring a full PC game from a couple of years ago on mobile devices?! I mean I get Bioshock coming to mobile but that game was years older than Grid Autosport and it still struggled.The Total War games too-both that are released on mobile are quite old but Grid Autosport is nowhere near their age. Feral,you guys just might become my favorite devs out there.
Aw thanks dunhila. :] So we don't have any info yet on things like framerate and specifics per device, but we can confirm that we are optimising graphic settings per device. This means we'll ensure the game looks the absolute best your equipment can manage.
Is there any update on the multiplayer part of the game or are you still focused on the Single Player aspect? If still just SP then is it perhaps something that you would look to add in the future?
We are indeed focussed on the single-player experience right now. We know folk are interested in multiplayer, so we'll update you if we have any news on that in future.
I don't think I'm wanting too much.. just asking questions. If they have the info, great. If they haven't decided, no issue with that. It's better to ask and know where they are vs. just not asking at all. That sounds good for sure. I appreciate the time and willingness to provide as much info as you can.
